The Cobblers review: Avoid this company at all costs

CobblersDirect is a complete joke. I sent them a $300 belt and these people sat on it for a month and a half doing absolutely nothing. No updates, no communication, nothing. I had to keep chasing them down myself like I was begging them to do the job I already paid for.

Then after all that waiting, they casually tell me “oh we shipped it back” like it’s no big deal. Are you serious? You keep someone’s expensive item for over a month, do nothing with it, and can’t even bother communicating unless the customer reaches out first?

This company is disorganized, lazy, and completely unprofessional. If you care at all about your expensive items, do NOT send them here unless you want your stuff disappearing into a black hole while they ignore you for weeks.

Worst service I’ve dealt with in a long time.
