I submitted my vehicle — a Tata Nexon iCNG — to your facility on March 20, 2026. After conducting a diagnosis, you noted complaints regarding the battery, clutch, brakes, and starting mechanism, and charged me ₹1,250 plus GST for the service. However, when the vehicle was delivered to me on March 25, 2026, you had addressed only the battery issue; not a single one of the other complaints had been resolved, and the car was returned in the exact same condition. When I reported these issues again on March 30, 2026, you took the vehicle back into your custody and promised to repair it within two days. Two days later, when I arrived to collect the car, I was informed that it would require another three days to fix. At that point, I requested that you simply return my vehicle to me in its current condition; however, you asked for "one more chance," assuring me that this time there would be absolutely no grounds for complaint. Trusting your word, I left the vehicle at your facility. Yet, as of today — April 6, 2026 — despite sending multiple messages, I have received absolutely no updates regarding the status of the repairs. If you are unable to repair the vehicle, please return it to me immediately, accompanied by a written statement confirming that the necessary repairs cannot be performed at your facility. I did not purchase this car merely to have it sit idle in an agency garage; I bought it to drive. I had given my Tata Nexon ICNG vehicle number U P 32 Q E 7361 which had a problem in battery clutch brake starting. I had given it to you for repair on 26th March 26, 2026. You gave me the car on 30th March 26, saying that everything was fine, but after driving it, it was found that nothing was done to it, only the battery was repaired and the car was returned. When I told you again, you said send the car back, this time we will get it repaired completely and give it back in 2 days, but after 2 days you told me that it will take 3-4 more days, so I said give me my car back, I will get it repaired somewhere else, but you people said let it be for once, this time it will be repaired completely. The car was returned on 08th March 26, but after driving the car, it was found that nothing was done to the brakes, earlier also there was a noise on applying brakes, the same sound is still there, when I told you, you said bring the car back, we will check it again, I come 135 km from Gonda. I wonder how many times I will come to your garage. There is no one responsible for whether the complaint was resolved or not. There must be a supervisor. This shows that either the customer is deliberately harassed or the reputation of Tata Motors is being tarnished. I will never get the servicing done at your place. I will get it done outside but will never get it done at such a garage. I have been told through a message by you that this time you should give me the car again, this time I will repair it completely and give it back to you, but when the car was at your place for 15 days then why did you not repair it, if you bring it to your place again then I will tell you anything and detain the car for 5 days, hence now I will never get it serviced at your place, in the hand writing receipt you have given it was written to put some brake oil, but now I have a doubt whether it has been put or not, now I do not trust it, and the customer review feedback which is to be filled after servicing, you should not fill it yourself, when I come I will fill that format, it is I who have to write the customer review However, the agency has never sought feedback, nor have I ever been provided with receipts for the parts installed. I have consistently had my vehicle serviced at this facility, yet this persistent issue remains: if one pays extra, the servicing is expedited; otherwise, it takes anywhere from 7 to 15 days.
