I had TMOBILE internet and returned the equipment on March 7 2026, and still being invoiced for service. After calling no less than 7 times, and directed that I would have to go to the local store. I went to the local store and was told I would have to call the service number. The next day I called the help line and was told I would have to go to the store. I can't find a person to listen and help with the charges from after march 7th. I have had enough of this run around for charges that are not legitimate.

Desired outcome: I would want a complete refund.
