I want to share my personal experience to warn other families to be extremely careful before signing any agreement with Sunset World.

During the sales presentation, I was given promises about the membership that made it sound like a flexible investment and easy to manage. Based on those representations, I agreed to purchase the membership. However, after the purchase, the information I was given during the sales process did not match the reality of the contract and its obligations.

When I later requested a cancellation and refund, especially due to serious financial and medical hardship in my family, the company refused to refund me and has continued to delay resolving the situation.

This has been a very stressful experience for my family. I believe consumers deserve clear information, transparency, and fair treatment when making major financial decisions.

I encourage anyone considering a membership with Sunset World to:
• Carefully review every detail of the contract
• Take time before signing anything during high-pressure sales presentations
• Seek independent advice if needed

I am currently pursuing all appropriate consumer protection options to resolve this matter.

My goal in sharing this experience is simply to help other families make informed decisions.
