COVID is over. Hire waitstaff for inside diners. Its -6 degrees and we have to stand in the doorway while people/families use kiosks to select their food and drinks. Takes way more time than looking at a real menu and having a real person come to your table to answer questions, make suggestions, take your order. Then we have to suffer the indignity of having to scan your receipt to prove you're entitled to a Coke - which you have to serve to yourself. I expect this sort of lack of humanity from McDonalds.
Recommendation: Go to Applebee's next door to sit and eat, or to McDonalds for fast food.
I'm sure corporate is dumbfounded as to why their sales are down. Using Beef Tallow is a positive change, deleting staff from the waiting room and forcing people to use a kiosk is not. You're establishment feels no different than ordering a item from Amazon now, no personal interaction with anyone. Stop running you're business as if you only want drive thru traffic only. You have officially ruined your restaurant and please don't blame covid for your changes and lack of patrons, this is you trying save a buck, and covid was years ago.
