I went to the Raynham Massachusetts Starbucks at 10:45 a.m. on April 20th 2026 waited 20 minutes in the drive thru . I get to the window and the barista tells me they cannot accept 100.00 bill saying they do not have change. I'm sorry I am in the restaurant business all my life and you always have a bank to start your day. That is unacceptable coming from a billion-dollar company and I waited 20 mins in line. She was not going to give me my order. I calmly asked to speak with supervisor that supervisor came over ranting and raving she doesn't have time for this. I said there is no way you cannot make change for a 100.00 bill she then proceeded to say you are all set and did give me my items. But still could not break the big bill. This makes no sense to me and as a customer you should be able to bring the Cash you have on you and be treated with curtesy . I will not be going to Starbucks any longer. this experience was absolutely ridiculous. Some people do not carry debit cards and use cash., I hope you make some changes to your polices and how your customers are treated. thank you.
Desired outcome: Carry enough change to break big bills. And not tell customers who waited 20-25 mins in line they cannot take the big bill and expect them to leave with out there order. completely unacceptable
