Starbucks refused to be served while waiting in line before closure

On december 24, 2016 I visited the starbucks location in ontario ca. Off of vineyard and walnut. It was at 5:55 pm and I just made it in line for the drive - thru. The holiday hours for christmas eve is that it closes at 6pm. After waiting in the line at the drive-thru and finally arriving at the teller, the worker told me that she just tooo her last customer and she is now closed. I told her that I was waiting in the line the whole time and that there was no one out there to close the line down. She apologized but told me that she was now closed. I told her to get supervisor because I ve been waiting in the line and I cant get out because they were cars in front of me and cars behind me in the drive-thru. I got the supervisor's name, "ashely rae". By the time I got to the window I spent about 20 minutes in the drive-thru and was refused to be served. I told ashely that I use to work at a fast food restaurant and I know that you need to take care of the last customer waiting in the line before closing. She apologized again and told me that she needs to close the store down at a certain time and couldn't have anyone of her employees standing out there to let people know that it was closed. I was very angry because the whole time I was stuck in the drive-thru and couldn't leave anywhere and had to wait for nothing. I got a hold of the general manager's name, "dian" and told me that I could get two free coffees on her. However every time I come by there she is never around. Worst experience I ever had.

Starbucks starbucks via instant columbia 24 pack

I am a huge consumer of starbucks coffee products. I have on occasion found the via product taste 'off' but did not complain.
I have had two back to back taste issues (packets) with this recent box (see below).

The complaint each time is the same - that the coffee tastes like burnt molasses and not satisfactory - blech! Not the luscious columbia via I come to rely on. I will continue to buy the product but post my extreme displeasure with the product.

Starbucks oatmeal

I ordered oatmeal at the airport, I specifically requested all the toppings. Didn't have time to look at what was in the bag before I got on the plane, when I got on the plane the toppings were not in there. Very disappointing. I also work in the service industry and I would never treat a customer like that. If you don't have the toppings, tell me and i'll pick something else.

Starbucks starbucks for life game

I have been a long-time customer of the starbucks I go in there pretty much daily and i'm getting very very discouraged on the starbucks for life game. When I earn plays I will get a message saying that sorry i'm enthusiastic and have already played my place for the day. That has been happening from day one I have missed out on several and I mean several chances to get opportunity to win. And as a matter of fact I had a play in my email this morning I clicked on it and it said the same thing that I was enthusiastic and I already played hadn't even opened up the app yet. I understand there's problems but this is getting a little bit ridiculous. You can look I already have 742 stars saved. And several times this also has happened to me last year when you had your starbucks for life I had 10 stars that were to be credited to my account as of now they still never have been credited. I love starbucks I love playing the games but when it's not fair and you get cheated out of chances and stars and points he gets discouraging.

You will never win. Algorithm ensures that you will get nothing but duplicates and have no chance of winning anything. Just keep spending money.

I agree- and have also had some of my own problems playing this 'game'. First one i noticed - it is not easy to find the darned game board to play. I searched "STARBUCKS FOR LIFE" and it brings me to news reports - and I have to click thru a few things just to find the board. Also getting some conflicting msgs too. I too like many things about Starbucks- but certain things are very annoying.

Starbucks free rewards

I ordered a turkey bacon breakfast sandwich and small coffee this morning at the commodore perry travel plaza in ohio at 5:55am. I had two rewards on my starbucks app and told michele (288046) that I wanted the sandwich free but will pay for the coffee. She had me scan my phone. She said the register did not accept my scan for the free item so she had me scan it again. She said the second time it took. Ok. Figured all was well. When I looked at my bill this evening it said the turkey breakfast sandwich was free and I was charged $2.25 for my coffee. Fine. Checked my starbucks app and the $2.25 was deducted from my balance but both of my free rewards were used :- (I would like my second free reward to be refunded to me. How do I go about getting that taken care of? One was used at 10:55 and the other 10:56. Help! I have my receipt and the info on my app.

Starbucks service

Hi
Today I visited the starbucks in ossining, highland ave. I noticed a 40% off on ugly sweater boxes of cookies posted on the menu boards and in a basket. I went to purchase the cookies and was told that the sale did not start until tomorrow. No where in the store did it state a date of the sale. Only that they were 40% off and until supplies lasted. When I asked for a manger I was told that the manger had left and that I could not buy the product on sale. Why would you post multiple signs for a sale item if the sale did not start that day? Due to their error of posting a sale without an effect date I feel as the consumer I should have been able to purchase the items. I am extremely disappointed with the decision that this store made in misleading their customers.

Starbucks barista laughed in my face while taking my order.

Barista (caitlin) from target starbucks in lewisville off hwy 121 and josey lane, laughed when I ordered "a tall pike place in a venti cup" and stated that she thought that it was funny the way I said "venti". When I asked her why she laughed she told me she did not realize I had an accent. I explained to her that for 15 years in a row, everyday on my way to office in the morning, I go to starbucks and they have no trouble understanding the way I say "venti". She was being rude by laughing and telling me I have a funny accent and it is not acceptable.

Starbucks rude employee

My son was at the starbucks store in terre haute, in. 3017 s. Us hwy 41.
One of the employees working there started making fun of him, I believe her name is jordan. This happened december 9 of this year. My son has autism and is a diabetic. He was very upset and embarrassed. She was making fun of him in front of all the other employees and other customers. The manager offered him a free coffee to try and compensate for what happened. He did take the coffee, but his father and I are very unhappy with this situation. This was very un-professional of starbucks employee

Starbucks african american worker spilled hot coffee on customer

This complaint is about a starbucks employee who dropped hot coffe (latte) on customer (myself) dress and jacket and didn't do anything to remediate the problem.
In addition this issue is related to african american workers at starbucks discrimination against white/ caucasian individuals.

The starbucks store is located at 150 east, ny, ny 10017 - store # 7506.
Manager: sam (on vacation)
Supervisor: lucy

Immediate after the worker (african american) dropped the hot coffee on me (black dress & jacket), I asked to speak to a manager. He acted nothing had happened when he saw my dress and jacket got dirty with latte that he spelled on me.
The coffee could have burn me and he acted nothing happened.

When I asked to talk to a manager, a woman named lucy (african american) came to talk to me. Lucy was not a manager, only supervisor. When I asked for a manager lucy said the manager was on vacation. The name of manager is sam.

When I asked lucy if she saw what the worker did to me when he spelled the hot coffee on my black dress and jacket, lucy said, it was an accident.

I said to her that the hot coffee could have burned me and she was quite looking at me, as other customers were looking at us.
I told her that my dress and jacket got dirty and I want her to pick up the dry cleaning expenses.

As she noticed other customer around us, lucy kept looking at me and said "your dress is not dirty. I told her" ijust wiped my black dress with wet cloth and you are telling me that you don't see it.

I told her that it was unacceptable that she didn't do anything about this situation and didn't reprimand the worker that spelled hot coffee on me. It seems due to the fact both of them lucy and coffee maker guy are african american and I am not the same race as them, I believe this is a case of african american workers ignoring caucasian/white race individuals complaints.

Before, I make a decision to take legal action, I want to hear starbucks actions against those employees and remediation plan to resolve this problem.

I go to that location almost twice a day and never expect this situation to happen to me.

If starbucks won't do anything about this situation, I will ensure to file a complaint for discrimination, because I don't think that african american individuals should treat other people different, because they are not the same race.

Furthermore, why the store didn't have a manager, only supervisor who refuse to provide information how to file a complaint.

Your attention to the subject matter is appreciated

Starbucks service at 1700 broadway avenue, new york, ny 10019 on 12/6 at 8:54am

Each morning I order the same thing. An everything bagel w/cream cheese and a tall carmel macchiato with whip cream. The guy who makes the bagel each morning is awesome and is always pleasant to everyone who walks in. He even knows my name and asks me if i’m ordering a bagel so he can have it ready for me by the time I pay… now that great customer service! Every day it’s usually a different person at the register and I get an attitude almost every day because the person either doesn’t understand how to spell it so they get upset with me and gives up. I finally had a gentleman last week say “ma’am i’m having trouble with your name can you spell that for me” I smiled so big and told him how grateful I am to finally get a proper response on how to spell my name (which is jadira). We had a nice laugh! Now, each morning I get upstairs to my office and realize that they never put the whip cream. Therefore, this morning I decided to take off the cap and check and sure enough there was no whip cream. I ask the young lady behind the counter if she could put it because it did not have and I also told her that I struggle with this every morning… the look of disgust and rudeness she gave me in front of a store full of people was very embarrassing… she snatched the cup from my hand which almost spilled hot coffee on me and put the whip cream on with an attitude saying “well it wasn’t on the cup so that ain’t my fault” – I kindly asked her for her name which she didn’t say but clearly showed me her name badge which read “mariah” and I walked away. Super disappointed in my experience today and will no longer be visiting the starbucks in my office lobby.

Starbucks management issues

Location: starbucks company, 492 del monte shopping center, monterey, ca zip: 93940
Problem: I stood in a long line for15 minutes in the middle morning sunday, december 4, 2016. Once I got to the counter and ordered an eggnog latte, the response was "oh, we are out of eggnog." to me, that's a management problem. It's simply called inventory. Managers make sure starbucks have what's needed on hand. And in this case, walk across the parking lot and buy some at the grocery store and turn in the receipt. Or, how about this. Management: get a piece of paper, a pencil, a piece of tape and write down three words "out of eggnog" and tape it to the door. Managers like to be respected. Guess what. Customers want that same respect and how respectful can that be not to waste consumer's time standing in line for something you clearly know you don't have to offer even though advertised.

Stopped in after work for coffee treat. What a mess. Sticky counters. Sticky tables, debris all over the floor. Nasty area where one gets napkins, straws, etc. It may be a busy place. But a lot of business' are busy and they are trashed like this starbucks. It's unacceptable. 10 minutes for cleaning every 2 hours is nothing that should be out of the question. If management can't see this obvious problem; then your company needs to hire someone who cares throughout the day and not just at closing because they have to.
I work as a concierge for a $1200 a night hotel in pebble beach, ca. I would be embarrassed recommending at least this particular starbucks and never will.
Soon, starbucks is opening another franchise in pacific grove, ca off forest avenue. I hope it stays in better shape since it's right outside one of the gates of pebble beach. And, again. Across the parking lot from a grocery store. Out of eggnog next christmas? Go buy a carton. Put up a sign. Earn your paycheck. Do something. But don't do nothing. The managers at starbucks in del monte shopping center in monterey need to get their act together or get out of the customer service industry.

Starbucks store located on 65th and 18th ave.

I have noticed in the past year or so that my coffee which we pay so much for tastes as if its been watered down, coffee is sometimes stale and the flavored lattes does not have any flavor. I no longer load my card and try to go to a starbucks further from my house on kings highway and e 15 which makes a better tasting latte. My husband just retired from the military stationed in ft. Leanardwood and fort bragg has also compared the coffee to starbucks located on those two basis. Today, I purchased 3 cups of coffee, when my husband bought it home we tasted it and we ended up throwing it away. I have been to starbucks through out europe never had a complaint about the quality coffee.

Starbucks customer service

My wife and I had a unsatisfactory experience at starbucks store #2876, 1515 sr-138, conyers, ga [protected] today dec 03, 2016 10:40 am trans# 731957.
The firs problem was, we were not given a receipt. Second our order was wrong and we were over charged. We ordered 3 bacon wrap dates, two miniature bagels and 2 small cups of coffee. Instead we received 6 bacon wrap dates, two classic bantam 2pk (they did not have any miniature bagels) and two small cups of coffee (ethiopian geed and latte). Because the 3 extra bacon wrap dates, our bill was $27.12.

Third problem, the store furniture was scratched and unpleasant to look at. Finally, the fourth problem the store's floors and carpets were filthy. I sincerely hope local management will visit this store and consult with the manager about accuracy of customer's orders, the condition of the furniture and the cleanness of the floors.

One other thing, after a customer dropped their cup of coffee and starbucks employees were informed the floor was wet and dangerous, the employees took their time in clean up the floor. No one reacted for at least 8 minutes. Someone could have slipped and got hurt during that 8 minute wait for the clean up.
Needless to say my wife and I were very disappointed at the service and conditions at this location.

Starbucks coffee shop

Gnd day sir/ma pls I really need to file a complain about the above person his name is joseph angwa he works in starbucks drive thru jumerria dubai I have tried my best to complain to our supervisors and managers but they are doing nothing about it most especially the supervisors are working hand to hand with him in stealing we can't keep up joseph has been stealing in drive thru for a very long time since he was employed there I tried to talk to him to stop to no avail I reported him to the supervisors in which her name is kala rai and mohammad saddath but nothing was done instead she worked hand in hand with him to take more money up to date am really tired the rest of us are not working hard while other pepole steal freely the amount they take each day is close to 5, 000 dirahm they share it put it in their shoes I caught them but they denyed it and threathened me joseph threathed with my fa mily to kill me what more can I do but I just can't stay quiet anymore that's why am sending u this message also cause they even cheat customers with their prices and all please try to stop them try to send and inspector to inspect all the tapes properly each day conduct and investigation due to this stealing joseph has grown financial due to this his the one leading the whole stealing and he keeps doing more I know u might not belive me but please take ur time and investigate on this issue drive thru jumerria starbucks will ve gained more but due to the shortage everyday with some staffs stealing just try to look into the matter before it gets very late for starbucks conduct ur investigation properly u will see am right thank you very much I really appreciate u look into this issue the stealing is still going on till

Starbucks customer service

On 11/29/2016 at 11:02am, I approached the register at starbucks coffee (store id bwista07) and was greeted by a female employee who was not wearing a name tag. As I was placing my order, she proceeded to put headphones in her ears that were connected to a phone in her pocket and take a personal phone call. She never acknowledged me or my request to order again. After approximately 2 minutes of waiting, another female employee approached the counter and completed my order.

Starbucks coffee

I ordered a coffee. There was only one other person waiting, however all 5 employees behind the counter were doing nothing. By the time I received my coffee and walked 10 feet to my car it was ice cold. Starbucks is not cheap. If I am paying $5 for a coffee I expect it to at least be made and given to me in a timely manner and most importantly be hot!

Starbucks unprofessional behavior

I am a loyal starbucks customer who always looks for a starbucks location in any town or city I go to for my coffee fix. My favorite order is the blonde pour over.
I was in farmington, nm on november 26, 2016 with my wife, our usual routine is to purchase our coffees for our three hour trip home from farmington. I ordered my pour over, paid for it, which I waited for over 20 minutes. I finally asked for my order and I received a regular brew as my purchase.

I told a team member that it was not my order and she offered to refund my money immediately instead of looking for alternative ways to meet my customer requests. No other member stepped up to assist me either.

My experiences with starbucks have always been favorable even if an order took longer than anticipated by my servers. They are usually courteous and willing to fill my order and at times offer a coupon for my next visit. It is this type of service which has made me a loyal customer.

My latest experience has caused me to question the starbucks' brand for customer friendly service. I'm apprehensive about future visits to starbucks.

Starbucks rude service

I understand being busy but to call a customer a liar is totally in called for. No one was wearing name tags so I can't give you a name but the starbucks by gate d24 is the worst place I have ever been. I will never come back. I waited 15 minutes for a brewed coffee, then the lady handing out the coffee had the nerve to tell me you coffee has been ready, I was calling you. When I told her no you didn't I have been right here the whole time she said your lying, I did call you. Really?
Worst service ever. If I was the manager she would be terminated in the spot!

Starbucks service and attitude

I stopped in the von's starbucks at 1000 el norte pkwy, escondido ca 92026 on thursday morning (11/17) @ 5:10 a.M. When I arrived she informed me that she did not open until 5:30 a.M. This took me by surprise as the website for that starbuck's reads it opens at 5:00 a.M. She proceeded to cop an attitude with me (no smile, needs improvement on customer service) that I was bothering her (melissa). When I told her I would notify corporate about the time on the website, she reluctantly made the 2 coffees I was ask for. When melissa gave me the 2 coffees, I had to ask for stoppers, a carrier and my receipt (this should be automatic for her).

I stopped in again on friday (11/18) and the same attitude. But she did make and effort to let the customer after me know that 'everyone wants their coffee', 'all they do is complain if they do not get it', and how she did not feel like coming into work today, etc. Which is the last conversation you should be having with customers. Again, I had to ask for the stoppers, a carrier and my receipt.

Not really happy with that starbucks!

Starbucks sexual harassment

Josh the hiring manager supervisor at delaware welcome center, my name is danielle and he is sexually harassing me at work. He's making very rude.. And sexual comment about my back side or when I bend over.. I've heard other girls talk about it as well. I'm scared and feel unsafe at work... But I don't want to loose my job,
