SonderMind review: Lacking cultural diversity as an offer to bipoc

My A/A male patient informed me that during his search for a Sondermind Therapist, he was initially given a list of 8 Caucasian Therapists. He then requested to be matched with an A/A female therapist at which time he was given another list with all A/A female therapists. Where is the diversity? Why aren't the A/A therapists being marketed along with their counterparts? This is very concerning and troubling to me. I am deeply disappointed in Sondermind's way of meeting the cultural and diverse needs of the patients in need of cultural diversity. This occurred on 5/22/2026.
