Today, I was purchasing tickets for the Karol G concert at the northwest stadium in MD, I selected tickets in a particular section row six. I added four tickets to the cart verified the information of seat, location, and checked out. When my confirmation came in for seating, location and tickets were received. It was in a totally different section in row. The section was across the stadium and 12 rows up from where my original seats were selected. I have tried contact them see geek all day via phone, app chat, then on hold for hours, and I’m unable to speak with anyone to get this matter fixed. All over social media there are multiple consumers complain, complaining about the same issue. We should be able to have a choice when ticket seating selection is changed. This is not how business is done.
Desired outcome: Better seats for the concert as originally selected. If tickets are no longer available than a better option should be selected not a downgrade.
