I am a member of Royal Regis Pearl package since July 2022. Due to covid I could not use the package till date. About 1 months ago I went to their office to plan my Turkey package, but I found that their office in Doha, Qatar is locked, and no one is picking up calls and emails are also not getting delivered. Because of address not found.

I have paid completely for the ruby package but Royal Regis have completely cheated us by looting my hard earned money reserved for tours and vacations, I request authority to take stingent action on this company to recover the loss I have incured of AED 15,000, they should be punished heavily.

I have availed the membership in 2021 but not availed any service

I am a Sapphire member of Royal Regis Travel services, which I purchased during 2019 through some draw. I haven't used any of my complimentary package yet. When I reached out to plan for my Euro trip in Dec'22, team provided some details to follow. Albeit, now that I am due for Schengen visa appointment, I am still awaiting itinerary details from Royal Regis.

All emails are bouncing back and undelivered. No one is picking up any calls. I have paid 20,000 AED for this membership that was due until 5years. However, with COVID it was not utilized at all and got further extended for next 2 years.

Became member in March 2021 with validity of 5 years.

2021 had 2nd wave COVID so avoided travelling.

2022 was under observation to understand that travelling will be safe.

2023 looks promising to travel without any hesitation but Royal Regis is not responding.

Reading so many negative reviews make my heart sink that hard earned money evaporated just like that...!

I have taken up a tour package for AED 10,800 (Pearl Package - initial validity 3 years) from Royal Regis on Dec 2019 after they had called us in for a seminar which discussed the details of their package and all. And because of the COVID pandemic I could not make use of the package and so for the same reason they had extended the package for an year. As a matter of not using their welcome gift, I was promised that I shall be given a refund of AED,1500.00 which shall be transferred to my account by first week of January 2023. Since then no response to any calls or emails from them. So I would like to file a case against the company for the refund and the compensation for not providing me the service. I have noticed many complaints on the same forum regarding this company and taking the same into consideration how should I move further in getting a solution.

They promised a voucher of 2000 dirhams plus holiday package of 21 hotel accomodation and I paid almost 11,000 dirhams.. I called them n email them to schedule my supposed flight this coming may but they are not answering my calls and also my email...

I want to refund my money since what they promised is complete lie as if they robbed my hard earned money...

In 2019 we got a call from their office saying that we are selected through some draw and we have won a holiday voucher so we went to collect that and in that they sold us their pearl package but then covid happened and we were unable to utilize any of their services. Now in 2023 we were following them to plan our trip but they were just dodging us by saying you to let us know before 45 days sometimes they say before 60 days and all and didn't gave us any plan so we requested them for a refund. In November we went to their office in mamzar there jasmine assured us that atleast we will get 2000 aed back against our Georgia trip but now all gone. We want to file a complaint against them and get our hard earned money back. If anyone has any idea about them plz let us know on [protected]

They called me for gift and I am the member of Royal Regis then I have seen all royal regis staff working in Kingsway tourism and travels.

So it's a scam

I am member since July 2019. Because of covid i couldn't utilize the package till date. About 1 month ago I went to their office to plan for my Europe package and they gave the info. I was scheduled for schengen interview this week and I went again to their office to check some details and to my surprise I found that they are locked and nobody is picking up the calls either.

Now I am trying to get my refund back as I have not utilized even a single day package from them.

Beware! Royal Regis is a SCAM!

Please do not sign any package contracts with them or pay for anything. They just want your money!

My wife received a call from Royal Regis saying that she is one amongst the 5 that won the raffle for a holiday tour package on selected countries that includes 6 nights and 7 days stay to a 4-5* star hotel with bed & breakfast along with the choice of a local prize between a movie ticket and a Dhow Cruise in Creek. We remembered filling in the raffle tickets when we ate at Max's Restaurant beside Al Ghurair Mall. At first, we actually thought it's true.

She was invited to claim the prize the very next day saying that it could only be claimed only that day and I should bring my husband along with our Emirates IDs and that we should allot 30minutes of our time for them to explain the details and use of the holiday voucher and tickets. When we reached the hotel in Deira along with 2x of our relatives, we have been asked to sit with a sales person and was immediately offered with their packages!

Take note of the red flags:

1. The raffle, the prizes were all part of their sales scheme to get you to purchase the tour packages that they offer. Never ever believe this when you receive a call from them about this.

2. When the sales person started discussing about the details of the packages being offered, she first started on Sapphire (they must have chosen our raffle tickets from the very beginning having known of our jobs and profession and the range of salary that we get hence the Sapphire package was initially offered to us - there surely was never a raffle draw done). This costs 20k AED which they say is presently on 50% promotion again ‘only offered at this time' which they can apply on EPP with their affiliated banks for the next 12 or 24 months. This makes you eligible for 35 days travel spree for the next 5 years with the below mentioned benefits.

The sales person will surely talk about your stress-free and cost saver travel through Royal Regis where all flights, hotel stay (with bed & breakfast), airport transfers and itinerary set by them are included. The inclusions even covers up to 10x of your FAMILY MEMBERS (2x + 2x they say)!

3. But yes we declined the Sapphire package, upon declining the sales person offered us the lower package which is the Pearl Package where she literally & clearly emphasized to have the same benefits as Sapphire except that it will be for 21 days inclusions for the next 3 years. Since the offer is promising to us looking ahead in the future to bring our families here and anywhere around the world, we took the Pearl Package and signed the contract!

Later at night I reviewed the contract and there are stipulations in the contract that WAS NEVER MENTIONED AND CLEARLY EXPLAINED by the sales person like the refund policy which has the 30% administrative fees (you will be told that you can get it in full verbally but TAKE NOTE they will not inform you that you can only refund it in FULL after 3 or 5 years NOT BEFORE this time).

Who would have thought that the contract say FLIGHTS ARE NOT ACTUALLY INCLUDED when during the whole discussion by the sales person she have been mentioning about unlimited flights inclusions for you, your family and friends on the package!

4. One worst thing, we took the 24 months EPP arrangement at a confirmed cost of AED 320 per month which is equivalent to AED 7, 680 however Royal Regis has taken off AED 7, 999 of our card which is AED 319 - Yes, we've been robbed!

Upon knowledge of these false information, we have requested for a refund of the full amount and requested to cancel the contract. We are still in the process of getting this with the intervention of the right government authorities.

They have the worst customer service too! Their officers are not apologetic, argumentative and the sales person would get herself away and not claim everything she verbally confirmed during your discussion.

Wooo! Too good to be true isn't it? Well if it's too good to be true, then it's a SCAM! Never ever deal any business with Royal Regis.
