I received a card through my letter box on the 27/3/26 saying the sender did not pay the full postage so I went on line and paid the Â£ 5.00 Reference Number [protected] my name is A Vassie my address
110 School Street Coatbridge ML5 4DQ and it says fee paid Not enough postage delivery date Fri 10 Apr 2026 Total fee paid 5.00
well when I got the letter I could see the the postage was paid there was a stamp on the envelope 1st with the kings head on it but the bar code was torn and maybe done on your sorting machines in your systems and the envelope was ripped on one side

Claimed loss: I wont to claim my Â£ 5.00 I paid

Desired outcome: I would like my Â£ 5.00 plus some thing for my time I have spent on this letter the photo is on my phone I will try and get it but your web site may close down on me while I try and download it on to my computer
