Read real reviews on the BBB and elsewhere. Their customer service isn't just "bad", it's completely non existent; beyond ridiculous. The Dept of Insurance should shut them down. Just for example. I called this morning and was advised that I was 3rd in line. Mind you, I was #4 in line yesterday MORNING, requested a call back (since I would not lose my place in line, you know) and did recieve a call back at 4:45pm advising that they couldn't help me and would call me back at 10am. Right. Did not happen. So, I called back at 10:20am. Remember, I was only #3 in line today - so I decided to hold. At this point, I've been holding for over 2 hours, 45 minutes. I've been 1st in line for over an hour. This is not an aberation. This is how they do business. Run, far away. It's the exact same thing when it's time for a claim. Read the reviews!
Recommendation: Run far away. Guaranteed Issue is a safer bet than anything from this company
