your profit gateway unauthorised deduction from bank account

I recently,  17 February 2015, responded to an internet advertisement, on the website,  www.yourprofitgateway.com, that claimed that I could earn money by using their Internet Millionaire Training system.  It was advertised as a one time charge of $4.99 US.   I paid this amount on the internet using my Master Credit Card and downloaded some instructions they provided.

I later checked my Master account  to make sure that the amount deducted was in fact $4.99 US, converted to ZAR, R58.91.

On 26 Feb 2015 an amount of ZAR R1061.83 was deducted from the same account I paid the “one time charge” with.  I contacted my bank to find out who deducted this money just to be informed that it was the mentioned company who deducted this amount.

When I paid this “one time charge” there was no mention of any other charges whatsoever, nor was there stated that I’m joining a subscription or that there would be other or monthly charge involved.  I never gave the company authorization to
deduct other moneys from my account, I am outraged that they could even do such a thing!

Surely we should frown on such practices that have bilked thousands of people out of $4.99 US.

I wrote them an email stating: I hereby cancel any subscription your company falsely lured me into and I request that you refund the ZAR1061.83 you deducted from my account.

Could you please confirm in writing that you’ve received this letter and that you’re cancelling any subscription that I have entered into unknowingly and to refund the ZAR R1 061.83.

They replied asking me a reason why I want to cacell, I told them to read my email, since then I had no reply back.

On 26 Feb 2015 an amount of ZAR R1061.83... I am experiencing exactly the same and I can net get hold of them or if you send them email to stop it, you do not get any reply accept at the end of the month they deduct money. I do not know how to stop it, because the bank say they can not assist me. My contact details Mercia Coetzee, email address: mercia.coetzee@sedibengmine.co.za. I am losing money around R1000 plus a month and I cannot do anything about it, if there is no money in my credit card, they give a month time and then they deduct again. I need urgent assistance, please

I managed to get my subscription cancelled but I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one - which I had to pay for. I tried in vain to get my money back but these people do not react to my requests - I think this is how they make their money - by screwing us.

I cancelled my credit card and had to pay to get a new card - so it means that this scam cost me more than 1 000ZAR. Money I do not have. I received a notification from them that my subscription was cancelled and no more money would be taken from my account - but not a word about returning the money they've stolen from me already. I might not get my money back - but - ths is going to come back to them and they will loose everything.

Hi. I registered for his on Saturday, 31 Jan 2015 and paid the R45 using my debit card. I received an email with a user name and password but did not log on. I later found this to be a scam, I called them today to cancel my subscription. The lady gave me a cancellation reference number and assured me that no funds would be charged to my account. I am a bit worried though, should I cancel my debit card?

I also fell for this scam. At 12:00am Friday night I was woken up when my bank sent me a sms about a transaction of R1 034 that went off my credit card.
I immediately checked to see if my credit card was there - it was.
Next I checked on my internet banking and saw the un cleared transaction.
I immediately cancelled my card.
On Saturday somebody from my bank's Fraud Department phoned me. I had to send an e-mail to the Disputes Department. I don't know if I will get my money back - but I do hope this company realize if I do not get my money back they stole my entire months food budget + a little extra.
I am looking at things like this because I am desperate to keep a roof over my head and food on the table. Even the initial $1.97 (R57.58 in my currency) was HUGE for me - it is transport to work and back for a day to me.
I am giving you the password you sent me - in the hope that you will do the right and decent thing and refund me. Yes, it is all good to say I should've read the T's and C's - but I am almost blind and even reading these comments were extremely hard for me.

Please return my money NOW. I can not afford this under ANY circumstances.

I really hate this website. I might have missed the information that US$89.90 will be deducted every month from your account.bUT, I'M PRETTY SURE THAT THERE IS NO STATEMENT OF SOME AMOUNT OF MONEY WILL BE CHARGED EVERY MONTH in the website that I joined in.
I also didnt know it was a scam. At first, I just want to know what it is actually and have a try. I never noticed that it will cost me a lot of money, till know i have loss almost RM500 of my country currency, it was almost half of the salary every month for the average people in my country. The website is really a ###! They just play with our mind and slowly take our money without we even notice it was happening to us.

I called them, thank god they picked up. I asked to terminate the account and he terminated may account directly on the phone. Thank god. But, the thing that matters now is that they are a liar, liar, liar... They said since I dont have anymore account, so the money will be credited back to my account in 7-36 hours, but till now, there is no incoming credit from their side. It was really frustrated, to be their playground.
I just want to spread the word that INTERNET MILLIONAIRE SYSTEM is a worst terrible heartless system in the world. Not even saying the other website scam, but they are one at the top.
