Puretime watches reviews and complaints

My family has bought watches from them before and have great things to say. I purchased my first watch which ended up getting lost in the mail when I sent it back a second time to get fixed. They told me that this was very rare. This made me upset because I feel that if I didn't have to send it back two times (due to the watch breaking) this would have not have happened. I ended up purchasing the same watch and this time I used DHL since it was more expensive and fast.. I have been waiting for close to a month and the watch is still in hong kong and I getting nervous that I will not get this watch. I just emailed them making sure that another watch will be sent in case this one does not come through. If I end up not getting my watch I really do not think I would order from them again or recommend it.
