I asked Scott to take a review down from a book I wrote. The reviewer said she saw typos and that the book was not edited. It allowed for negative responses although the reviewer said the book was a good read. I have contacted Scott more than once to have the review removed because it's ruining my reputation and name. Do not have a review done by the company! They are a RIP off. I am highly disappointed in this company and the reviewer.

I tried onlinebookclub.com and are sorry I chose them. The turn around time for review took longer than expected. I emailed back and forth to ask has the book been reviewed a few days later I received a half donky review that was biased.When I got the review i was not pleased from the ending remarks by the reviewer. My issues with the reviewer and Scott was not pleasing. I paid 197.00 for a review that wasn't worth my name and reputation. The customer service I received from Scott was not customer satisfying. I asked for the review to be removed I was told it could not be removed. When i advised Scott that i submitted a complaint about him and his company he accused me of threatening him. He stated the review would be removed and only i would be able to see it. However the review can still be seen online. Do not allow onlinebookclub.com to be your go to review service. You will regret it!
So true I had a similar situation. I do not understand why authors use this overpriced service to ruin their books. I got great reviews on hidden gems and other review sites that were much cheaper. The money time and lost sales that Onlinebookclub has cost me and others is immeasurable.
