Police Brutality and Abuse
Abuse and refusal to address abuse complaints done by their agency. Flasifies reports against civilians, scams them, falsifies arrest against civilians, and falsifies wrongfull charges against civilians trying to make a true claim against their abuse also when the civilian tries to file complaints against the police department for abusive behavior by their own government officials the civilian is then abused again for filing a complaint. Even if the civilian gets a lawyer the lawyer is also threaten to not file against the police departments wrong doings against the innocent civilian. The investigator that was doing this case found the Henrico County VA Police Department guilty of all these charges and was then threaten beccause they filed against these charges against the Henrico County VA Police Dept. Then the investigator saw many videos online about police brutality and police abuse and it is true about police brutality but the police don't want to admit to that! ###s!

Attention Henrico Police, Sheriff, and Pharam Mental Health, and MCV and VCU abusive, aggressive, arrests without probable cause, treats normal private citizens abusively when they try to make a report or to ask for a closer of any reports instead the citizen that is innocent gets wrongfully and brutally tortured, abused, beaten, and taken to mental hospital and then abused again and forced drugs and no rights are given to the innocent any more! Rights being taken away and abusive behaviors of Police, Sheriff, Medical staff, doctors such as Dr. Vernon John T at MCV is rude, force people to stay and the person is tortured beaten and brutally druged and told to be detained for the rest of their lives and they are innocent. This is insurance fraud, abuse, medical malpractice and police's force brutality where innocent victims are brutality victimized for no probable causes. Do not live in Henrico Virginia the government and law enforcement and the medical facilities are abusive and accuses falsely the innocent! DO NOT LIVE IN HENRICO COUNTY VIRGINIA BECAUSE GOVERNMENT AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL ARE BRUTAL!

Dave Mirza - This website is to make comments on the issue at hand. It is evident by your inappropriate comments on this complaint, and numerous other complaints, that you do not live in reality and need help! I know where you live, and it is not in China as you claim, so have notified the appropriate law enforcement officials to take action against you for "hate crimes", as it is evidence you do not like certain races, and have to make things up! Also, you never file any complaints, only make inappropriate comments, proving you can not face the truth! You may assume you know everything, but you are in for a rude awakening, and I look forward to the day you are held responsible for all your inappropriate actions!

I also received inappropriate comments from David Mirza, whom I do not know, concerning a complaint I filed, so contacted this website to report spam. They deleted his verbally abusive comments to me, and banned this user. Hope this information is of some help to you.

WestCoastLover go crack your stupid nuts somewhere else and I don't have to listen to your way of thinking to what you think about my complaint which is the truth. You think that complaining against the police for something they did wrong is wrong well why don't you tell that to all the Police that beat up those poor Police Brutality Protestors in Montreal in your own home county Canada, and why all the Police Brutality lawyers have faithfully posted Police Brutality videos on yahoo and google and also on youtube. So save the nut cracking and the foot swingings for yourself somewhere else in Toronto or where ever the heck you live. I wrote this complaint for those that are brutally abused by the law and that is happening all over the world and people have a right to file against that or expose their wrong doings on public forums so if you are antagonizing me because you want to show your solidarity for the Police go do it some where else. I seen your posts and all those that criticized me for no reason. They all sound like you all need to be in the nut ward not me. The point is you do not know what my complaint is about. No you do not tell me that I am nuts because I complain about the police. I will do it all over again and proud of others too that go against the Polices wrong doing and are not afraid to go against it. You mistake me. I don't want to know who you really are. There are enough crazy people here in Toronto as it is without me voluntarily meeting another.
But that doesn't change that you're on a public board. You don't make the rules. I don't make the rules. The site's owners make the rules. Those rules state that if you post a complaint here you are opening yourself for responses from random strangers, both positive and negative. Your posts are a certain brand of paranoid, self-serving, indulgent nuttiness, so you shouldn't be surprised that all you're seeing are negative responses.
Here's a tip: if you don't want people to publicly tell you that you're behaving crazing and rambling, crack your nuts at home instead of an open forum.
WestCoastLover I do not have to listen to you or anyone giving any kind of negative feedback to my complaint first. So I gave it back as that is my right as well because it does not state on the complaintsboard doctrine where I have to listen to your negative comments either. If you dont like what I have to say dont listen and dont read if you want to say something negative about it without any knowledge of the truth behind my complaint than I have the right to give you an answer back and I did; it just was not what you wanted to hear because I did not back down to your first made negative comments to my complaint. I do not have to and there is no law on this complaints board that states that I have to listen to your gospel about what you think my complaint represents to your views and or answer to your negative feedbacks nor do I have to be afraid to answer back about your negative feed backs towards my complaint either. But because I go against your negative feedbacks dont give you the right to boot me off and as also you all don't give clear discriptions of what your true identiy is either as some of you gave no names and some of you gave no correct pictures of your self nor any correct picture of your true identity as being a male or female and some of you have not even given your true real name WestCoastLove huh! I NThankQ the author of this complaint and all these comments do not reside in the US and I do not own a computer. I also do not have an Identity either nor any physical address so you will not be able to find me anyway because I am a GHOST!
I NThankQ wrote this complaint and all these comments whether you all believe it or not because I am an insane nut that belongs in an insanity loony ward with white coats and the meds to go along with it. Because I am writing all this from a nut ward I NThankQ am a total nut that wrote all these comments and the complaint. And I am from Salem, Alabama.
