This is a warning to anyone thinking of trading on epicnpc, based on a recent real-life experience from the owner of 5-years-old account on this platform.

Beware that your account with all the reputation you've been building with your time and money might get suddenly blocked and there will be no one reasonable to help you. Empathizing friendly support that we're all used to on big platforms is non existent here.

I have been trading on epicnpc for more than 5 years and have collected hundreds of positive reviews from happy customers, invested thousands of dollars in advertising there and never violated any rules. What did I get for being a loyal user and paying customer? — My account got blocked on some bald assumptions that it was sold to someone else who was going to scam other users. (what? banning for something that did not but COULD happen?)

During the appeal process I have addressed all the administration's concerns and explicitly proven that the recent changes in my account (IP, new phone number, new card) were made by the account owner in the interest of the owner (so it wasn't sold to anyone).

It's worth noting that the administration didn't really care to investigate to make sure their accusation were true or not. I was the one requesting to take a look at least some evidence before making a final decision. After I have presented compelling evidence to prove the accusations were false, the administration just went completely deaf with one answer to all my questions: ''this account is now closed and you have to create a new one'' — thanks for the offer, but I'm not wasting another 5 years of my life for building a reputation here again. They did not comment on why my evidence was not enough or if they have other concerns or whether they have even looked through it.

To sum it all up: a careless administrator closed a 5 y.o. account of a paying customer without even trying to conduct a proper investigation. Demonstrated a complete lack of interest to help when I started doing the investigation for them. A horrible experience and a HUGE waste of time and money on trading at epicnpc.

Epicnpc team, please don't let the person who handled my case to work with any people, it's just not their strong point, really. Some AI bot like chatgpt would do the job much better and show more empathy in the process.

P.S. I'm hoping for someone from the Epicnpc team to reach me as I am sure there was a big mistake and an innocent account got banned, and I can prove it to anyone who would care to look at facts and actual evidence.

P.P.S. Looking at other 1-star reviews, it seems I'm not the first one to experience this outrageous attitude from epicnpc, so stay away from this site guys, it's not worth it.

I registered about 3 weeks ago in this garbage site and sold 2 of my accounts there, we were fine until I paid them for upgrading my account, next day I logged in to my account and saw that I am banned! I was so confused and asked the support the reason for my ban. most of their tickets assigned to a guy named "Mike D" who is in charge there and owns EpicNPC account. after so much delay he answered me that I own another banned account created in 2012. when I asked more and more he told me this "You literally listed the name bleuxbell in your contact info. Your unban request is denied" and obviously he was lying to me. I found this in my threads.

He edited my post himself and added bunch of banned emails and account to to get reason for banning me, after I show it to him he accepted that I did not listed the name bleuxbell in my contact info and he did. he change his words and lied again that problem is something else.

I asked people about him and I think this guy is a racism and has a problem with iranian people.
Be aware that they are liars and they abusing you and your money.

I've used their Trade Guardian system, it's pretty good, but it depends what your buying or selling. Accounts can still get recalled by the original owner, but nothing can protect against that.

If your buying items, currency, leveling or something that can't be recalled then it's very safe.

@ d4rk Q1L1n the ban reason says you disputed the Paypal payment. Of course they're going to ban you, lol.
@ryman5613 your ban reason says "Racism, Death threats, All sorts of bad behavior against seller here."

Gotta love people who dispute payments and give death threads complaining about getting banned. Take some responsibility for your own actions. Epicnpc is great!

Will i be free of scams if i use the middleman service?

Purchased all the perks and bought credits and due to disagreement with mod about his biased stance with a 0 rep member over a 100+ rep member that said mod started looking for reason to take down all my stuff before banning me an labeling me as a scammer. I am a scammer for charging back on perks I purchased which were removed not long after purchase. purely because of spit he had towards me? ### off.

I was banned for making a negative claim against accountswarehouse.com for stealing my money and claimed I did not pass verification after I submitted 2 forms of id.

They banned me and took my money. Dont use this site.

This site scammed me

Just got banned also with epicnpc and already paid $10 for verified member.
The reason is : PayPal dispute
