Monthly sending products not wanted and funds taken from account. Have tried cancelling and have returned at least 3 packages . There is no invoice or details in the package only a return address if undelivered on package which is very vague. Fulfilment house PO Box 4008. Have also sent a Facebook message on their page which says Asendia Sin 004008.P No reply. Need this stopped immediately. There is also another package that comes monthly from I think is another branch of this company that may be from the Uk. This has been going on for about 5 months so a significant amount of money taken from my Australian account. I just want this to cease.

They withdrew money for the "free trial" after I sent an email to complain and threatened I would contact consumer affairs, they reimbursed the $146 I told them I didn't like the product and didn't want another order, a month later I recieved another order and quickly chequed my card, they had debited another $146. I was then hospitalised for a month (not related) but not able the check all the latest details and bank transactions. I now have to contact them yet again for a refund and return the packages I didn't order! Very time consuming and waste of precious time

I canceled my product 2 months ago. Today they sent it again and charged my account. It feels to me like this is mail fraud. I will be contacting the bank and Australia Post.

I ordered the above Creme because Ellen DeGeneres has championed it in various ads to the point that it seems to do what it says it will.It was promoted as a trial sample and one only paid the postage which would apparently go to one of Ellen's charities! That amount was $4.95.
When I received my notification of the date my product would arrive I noticed their were 2 items and 2 charges for postage so I am not happy that this occurred.
I have since emailed these people and demanded my postage back and for them to take the unordered item out.
I also emailed my original order and told Derma Viva Anti Age Serum to cancel my order as I did not want to do business with people who obviously share my credit card number with anyone and everyone thank you.
I also sent a copy of my email to the advertising department of Ellen DeGeneres .I don't think she would like her name to be associated with scams etc.
Please see that these people are put in their place.In the Antipodes we do not do business this way.

USD later. Not happy.
I require a full refund of $81.56 USD .

i received a package from your company that i didn't order or even heard of, as of tomoro april 22 2021 i am returning your product and i had better not see a debit on my acct i dont even know who you are and what your selling so please do not debit my acct or i will have to take appropriate and immediate action with your company. i am certain that you will not do that and wait for your product to be returned to u.

I ordered a trial of Pure Keto Premium for AU$4.95, got that bottle and Pure Cleanse Premium for another AU$4.95, and caught it that they planned to charge me another AU$275, two days after the TRIAL pack arrived. They warned me to call them, NOT MY BANK. Card Cancelled! Serious Scammers! They just change up the product, but retain the SCAM programme,

Scam scam scam. Ordered the cream with free trial only pay for postage, then called to cancel any future orders only to be told I have to pay $136AU AND did I not read the fine print? Called the bank and checked if any payments had come out and thankfully none. Cancelled card (soooo annoying).
TIP .. if you cannot pay by Paypal don’t buy anything as you will always be covered. These people are Nigerian scam artists. Don’t bother sending cream back! I kept mine. Only God knows wtf is in that jar.

If they come looking - I'm gonna punch them in the tits.
After receiving a FREE trial pack from EMBRACE BEAUTY ( Asendia), I was directed to this website to read all the complaints and reports of a rip-off scam.
I have accepted my FREE sample, but DO NOT wish to receive anymore product from this company.
I will consider any future incursions on my bank acvounts by this company as a FRAUD crime
and will act accordingly.

I sent an email to the mailing company saying they should not accept goods without a legitimate return address and I got this reply
Return the parcel to the return Asendia Address after doing the following things:
• Put a note inside stating why you are returning the parcel.
• Mark the outside of the Parcel ‘RETURNS DEPARTMENT’.
• Then I would suggest you contact your bank or credit card company and tell them that any further charges from the company should be considered fraudulent.

Fulfillment House. 004008 - Same scam with sample cosmetics - three unauthorised payments of $133 - $137 taken out now totalling $409 ! Have cancelled credit card number. Bank tells me that payments may still come out and only safe way is to cancel the account (as distinct from just cancelling the card) and then go through process of opening a new account! I have cancelled the card and lodged a dispute with Visa but I now see that another unauthorised payment came out on the day I cancelled the card lodged the dispute! I can't tell whether it was before or after I cancelled but I called in the morning Aust time, ie ahead of most places in the world. Apparently Visa may honour payments to merchants by debiting a new card number on same account!

The same thing has happened to me they withdrew money out of my account in July and August without my permission this compact is a scam offering you a free trial just to get you to pay the postage of $5 then they start taking money out off your account and haven't received any products for the july withdrawal they keep on saying it should arrive any day now it's been 5weeks today i am so stressed it's all i think about
