פרק חדש הגדול כללית בריאות מערכת - לאחר מספר תלונות על האתר, קיבל שיחת טלפון לכללית ו סוכנות הפרסום שלהם, הם הבטיחו לקבל את הבעיה נפתרה, חבל עליהם, מבטיח כל כך הרבה דברים שלעולם לא יקרה, את הטופס הרגיל היחס חברות ישראליות, כמו שכבר אמרתי קודם, "False הבטחות". לאחר מיילים רבים קדימה ואחורה, שוב אין תגובה ושום דבר לא השתנה מלבד כביכול הוספת שירות מאנגלית תמיכה שאינם שלהם של שירות לקוחות, ללא שינויים אחרים, ועדיין אני יושב עם אותה בעיה, בריאותו הרופפת יותר מהר, אין סוף באופק עבור הגידול בצוואר ואין תגובה מהם עכשיו, לגמרי. מה הפעולה יכול o0ne אדם פשוט לקחת נגד תאגיד כזה גדול

New episode to the great Clalit Health Care System - After several complaints on the site, received a call from Clalit and their Ad Agency, they promised to get the problem resolved, shame on them, so many promises of things that would never happen, the normal attitude form Israeli companies, as I have said before, "False Promises". After numerous mails backwards and forwards, again no response and nothing has changed apart from a supposedly adding an English Service to their non support of Customer service, no other changes and still I sit with the same problem, health failing faster, no end in sight for the tumour in my neck and no response from them now, altogether. What action can o0ne simple man take against such a large corporation

שירותי בריאות כללית יש תוכנית "גדול" להפסיק לעשן. עם זאת הם אינם ליידע מישהו על איך באמת מקבל במגע איתם. בסופו של דבר אחד מקבל את המספר שלהם שנקרא "שירות לקוחות" וכאשר אתה מקבל דרך, האדם בצד השני, רות חזן, בקושי מדברים אנגלית. כמה חבל עבור אלה מאיתנו שאינם מסוגלים לדבר בשטף מספיק כדי להיות מסוגל להצטרף לתוכנית. רות, כמו רבים כל כך כללית שלא ניתן טרח בעצם לנסות לסייע, הגישה הטיפוסית של שירות שנקרא על ידי שירותי בריאות כללית, במילים שלה, "אם אתה לא יכול לדבר עברית, אתה לא יכול להצטרף לתוכנית"
לא פלא יש כל כך הרבה אנשים נעשים חולים כתוצאה מעישון בקרב האנגלו סקסים כמו שהם לא יכולים להיות עזר בשל היעדר כישורי השפה שלהם
שוב, מה טעם חמוץ בפה השמאלית של אחד אחרי הכל האמונה היא כל כך גדולה על החיים בארץ היפה הזאת

Clalit Health Services have a "great" programme to Stop Smoking. However they do not inform anyone of how to actually get into contact with them. Eventually one gets the number from their so called "Customer Service" and when you get through, the person on the other side, Ruth Hazan, barely speak English. What a shame for those of us who cannot speak fluently enough to be able to join the programme. Ruth, like so many in Clalit could not be bothered to actually try and assist, typical attitude of so called service by Clalit, in her words, "if you cannot speak Hebrew, you cannot join the programme"
No wonder there are so many people who are getting ill from smoking amongst Anglo Saxons as they cannot be helped due to their lack of their language skills
Again, what a sour taste left in one's mouth after believing everything is so great about living in this beautiful land

This is a warning to any person who is coming to live in Israel, be careful of Clalit Health Services. They are very eager to get you to join them and give all the great sales pitch, but and a big BUT, once you are hooked into their scheme, "NOTHING IS AS IT SEEMS"
Service does not exist, they make promises to call back and assist, they do not, if you send in receipts for a claim from them, they not only ignore you, but do not bother to sort the claim out and one is pushed from pillar to post, when you try and call someone from their so called Customer Service department, they ignore the calls and if you are lucky, they take your details down and your file is then sent into orbit
There is a huge amount of Anglo Saxon people living and investing in Israel, what a pity for them if they are unable to speak the language, their so called "great website" has no facility for English speakers, especially in today's modern world and especially for those who have the misfortune to be a part of their un suspecting sales team
I have had the mis fortune to be diagnosed with a Tumour and 5 months down the line still waiting for Clalit to honour their agreement with me and get my problem resolved
What a bitter taste has been left in a person's mouth by a so called health company who is so eager to sell something that does not exist and which brings down the whole experience of living in this great country
