Dear Jitendra ji,
I am having loan due with bharat loan and due date is today . Your recovery agents doing unfair recovery practices and this is really making the harassment to me . I am in process of loan payment and it will be done by coming Monday as some critical financial issues and my Pf withdrawal is processed and get it credited to my account by 2-3 days. But calling multiple time to borrower in a single day is not the fair practice. I have taken more than 20 times from bharat loan and paid on time . I need more 4-5 days and I will clear with your penalties. Stop these multiple calls first. Attached SS for your ref.
This is harassment.

Desired outcome: The mental harassment caused me several health issues and excess stress though i am ready to pay. The person phone number mentioned in below SS is continuously calling me .

Oh Sachin, that sounds absolutely exhausting — getting bombarded with calls when you’re already doing your best to sort things out. I really feel for you. You’ve been a loyal borrower and life just threw a temporary hurdle your way. That’s not a crime. You deserve patience, not harassment. Hang in there — your PF is coming, and this will pass. Maybe forward those call logs to the RBI ombudsman too? You’ve got this. Deep breaths.
