Radaris America review: Diligent refusal to remove information

I have experienced ongoing and escalating issues with this company and the additional websites they operate. What should have been a straightforward correction request has instead resulted in four consecutive years of published misinformation. Throughout this period, the company has repeatedly and falsely listed my private residential address as the location of multiple businesses, creating substantial real‑estate confusion and generating a continuous flow of unwanted traffic to my home.

The company was served with a cease‑and‑desist notice, yet they refused to remove the false business listings. Instead of correcting the data, their only action was to block my access to their website, preventing me from viewing, monitoring, or verifying the information they continued to publish about my property. After they ignored the cease‑and‑desist and multiple subsequent requests for correction, I obtained authorization to serve them by publication due to their blatant non‑responsiveness. That service by publication is currently in progress. I just hope they realize that publishing some information online does have legal limits - and they have finally surpassed and stepped over that line by making the false claims that my private home is multiple businesses.
