Quick Quack Car Wash review: Rim damage

I left out of Quick Quack after drying my car abd realized there was a huge scratch in my rim(Driver’s front tire).

I know that it was from QQCW because i didnt have it going in today(Brand new 2026 Kona) but i did feel a difference in the tugging power on the car pulley system compared to what ive felt in the past.

This is my first issue ive had with QQ, and it seems to have happened right after they implemented new drying towel stations.
