I purchased this generator March 13, 2026. Came with a faulty regulator (no propane would go through it) they sent me another (the wrong one). They sent me another same issue no propane would go through it. Now waiting on another. I tryed a friends regulatory that used on portable generator got propane to the unit wouldn’t start. My ticket #85850/ pretty sad still can’t use my new generator. Wish I could get better help for these issues asap/

Desired outcome: Think I need a new unit with a regulator that works also/ will see when the new regulator arrives. The rep has been responsive/ but I can’t use my generator
