Popeyes bad customer service

On Friday March 3, 2017 around 8:00pm. I went to the NE Division (restaurant 10887) in Gresham Oregon to place an order thru the drive thru for the 10 pieces chicken in mild. I was told to wait 5 min before they can taking the order. I waited 5 min then got my order placed. I drove to the window to pay for the order and was told that they are shorted 2 pieces of the brumstick. The guy that take the order are willing to substitute the 2 missing pieces of brumstick for a 3 pieces of thigh. I agreed with the substitution. As I drove off to the parking lot I decided to count the 11 pieces of chicken and notice right away that i only got 8 pieces which i should have 11 pieces. I went inside the restaurant and have to waited another 5 min because of all the people a front of me. Finally, I got the girl (Abby) that was doing all of the boxing including my order. I told her that my order only have 8 pieces which I sure have 11 pieces totals due to the unavailable drumstick that suppose to come in with the 10 pieces. She said "I can only get you one piece of thigh and that's it because I already gave you 3 pieces of wings" I then ask her(Abby) are you sure you gave me 3 pieces of wings. Abby, replied yes. So I call her out, why did you lie that you gave me 3 wings when you only gave me 2 pieces of wings and you only gave me 8 pieces of chickens in totals for what I've paid for the 10 pieces. She just walked away like I was not there anymore. I ask for the manager. The manager(Kymberly) came and I explained the whole situation to her. She then gave me 3 pieces of wings and did not even apologize. I told her that I will file a complaint for the bad customer service and that her employee (Abby) need work discipline.

Popeyes food not fresh & terrible customer service when called to complain.

Went to the drive thru, ordered my food. Told there would be a 5 minute wait. Got home, EVERYTHING was dried out from being under heat lamp. Not understanding the 5 min wait, if food wasn't fresh. Called to complain & was treated as if I was the problem, for wanting my food fresh! Been a fan & frequent patron of Popeyes, but sorry to say...they just lost my business FOREVER!

Popeyes new bern north carolina

Bad attitude from the manager to start with at the register.
Ordered the $5 lunchbox surf and turf, the popcorn shrimp was not butterfly as advertised, I asked for tartar sauce for the shrimp, sat down ate my shrimp, then went to eat my chicken and realized I wanted some dipping sauce so I asked for honey mustard come to find out it was spicy too spicy for me so went back and ask for ranch dressing she said there was only one dipping sauce for per order that would be $0.27 so I said fine I didn't like the honey mustard. Open up the ranch dressing which was like water and dipped my chicken in it took a bite and it was raw! So I didn't need to check in I went to eat the beans and rice and the rice was so hard and the beans just didn't seem right, so ate my biscuit drink my Coke and left... never going back!
First and last experience at the new Popeyes in New Bern I was there at 1:30 and dealt with the manager on Monday March 6 2017

Popeyes I am complaining about service

My husband just stop at the popeyes chicken at 9815 north lamar Blvd austin Texas 78753 it is now 8:15 pm, so this had to be 30-45 mins ago, so unless I'm wrong the lobby was locked and there was someone in there sweeping and wouldn't let him In to order, now I have never heard of any restraunt around here that closes at 7:30 pm even on a Sunday night, so he left and went to church's chicken where he spent 30.00 on our dinner, now this isn't the first time I've had problems with this location I'm to point that I personally will not even go there anymore, I've had a Manger be so rude to me at the drive thru before, I've had to bring back chicken cause it was so dry it was unable edible. Im a Manger at a Subway restraunt and I know if we had our store closed before closing time and there was someone still in the restraunt and wouldn't serve a customer, then someone is definitely getting wrote up, if not fired. I hope someone will please step in and make this location better I k ow how hard it is to find employees that care about their place of employment, or at least pretend to, for the pay especially here in austin where min wage is still 7.25 an hour, but they are out there, and if there's not a difference in sales at that store from time to time then it's because of the bad employees there.

Popeyes service loop

I came to Popeyes on my way to work. The store opens at 10:30 and I had to be to work at 11. So I decided to stop and get some chicken before I go in. No one was at counter to greet me and no chicken was up this was 10:40 because I was strap for time. When the register person came to counter I asked her how long before chicken was up . A man in back of store yells out tell her about fifteen minutes. Really, but you open at 10:30. I am a Manager. I have worked at Wendy's and currently at pizza Hut. When I open a store I am prepared to serve customer when they walk in this is fast food and either people are on break and they need there order ready to go. The last time I got chicken from this store it was under cooked and I couldn't eat it but I decided to try them again because every makes mistakes. So in the long run, I didn't have my lunch and went to work 😕

Popeyes chicken fingers

Good Morning,
I went to the Popeyes on Irving Park road on Sunday the 19th 2017 and I told them I would like to have 10 chicken fingers. I ordered half spicy and half regular. I also ordered a Large Mashed and a Large Coleslaw and biscuits. When I got home to feed my family I was very very upset to find that they gave us regular chicken with bones. Now the problem that I faced is not only do bones gross my husband and I out, hence the reason for fingers my 2 year old wont eat that chicken either. Now, I live 15 minutes from that restaurant and it was rush hour by the time I got home. I was not going to go back out in the rain and tell them that they did my order wrong. I called and spoke to someone and they could have cared less that is what happened. I would like this to be rectified so that my family and I can have what we ordered.

Popeyes inventory shortage

I visited Popeyes-Boiling Springs SC on 2/11/17 (approx. 6 pm) & on 2/12/17 (approx. 1:30 pm), both dates I ordered corn on the cobb & 1 gal. lemonade. On both dates I was informed that they were out of these items & wouldn't have either until their truck delivered. Then I visited on 2/19/17 (approx. 12:30 pm), again ordered corn, gal. lemonade & cole slaw. Again I was told they were out of corn & lemonade & they had just ran out of cole slaw. Needless to say as much as I like the chicken, I won't be visiting this restaurant again until management looks into these issues. If this pattern continues this location won't be in business very long due to the lack of inventory. Very disappointing!

Popeyes product

Came to the Popeye's on 166 Dash 24 Hillside Avenue at 1 o'clock. There was no chicken it not one piece and every food product was old. This particular Popeyes lacks professional and product knowledge they also have horrible customer service a real disappointment for this chain. Popeyes number for 4550. The only thing good is at the store is clean.

Popeyes service

So today I went into the drive thru today. On Broadway in Garland tx. The drive through person already had a mild attitude because I asked today's special because this particular one doesn't show it. Then he had the nerve to cut me off when I asked another question And said just drive around. Mind you I blew that off. So when I get around to the window the manager comes instead of him asking my order all over again. Then he had the nerve to charge me for something I didn't ask for. So finally get things done right with the manager she goes back to the counter and regio comes to bring the food and walk off. I checked my food and I was missing a biscuit then the red beans I ordered must have been 25% of the cup full . I knocked on the window and can he fill my beans correctly and give my l me my biscuit. Regio had the nerve to say that's how we fix the beans. Mind you the cups already small and you have the nerve to measure and not fill the little side cup up for almost three dollars? So then after going back and forth and me asking for the manager he says OK I'll fill it. So he comes back to give me my beans and extra biscuit and literally threw it to me. So I asked for the manager again and they started talking in Spanish. Strike one. I know Spanish. So she telling him not to worry about it and walks off. Something needs to be done about this asap because they should not be in customer service

Popeyes chicken burnt and dried/old

I waited for this meal for 20-30mins the restaurant was not busy. Popeyes the material

I visited the union city Popeyes on a Wednesday night for lunch. I watched one of the employees dropped a piece of chicken on the floor, pick it up the chicken breast and placed the chicken breast in the brasket with the rest of the chicken. This event took place in the Union city, GA restaurant. I am disgusted by this event. For this to be a newly open restaurant nothing like this should happening period.

This was in Gramercy LA !Look I went to Popeye chicken place 5nites ago ND we had had order a 3piece meal two of them ND a 2piece meal without the drinks...Well we had to wait like 45 mins for our meal ND when they did give it we still had to wait cause they had pick or jump over us..So that means we had to wait about 10 more min then we got it...We went home found out they didn't even give us our 3piece meal we all got 2piece dark but I had paid for a 2 /3piece dark ND a 2piece dark..If they would stop clowning around maybe just maybe they would get it right ND move a bit faster...I want be getting anything there anymore cause it's not just me complaining it's a lot from Lutcher ND Gramercy saying the same thing...It this not the FRIST time either...Sign a very disappointed costumer ...I even try calling there the same nite but they didn't pick up...smh

Popeyes the food and the employee

I went today [protected]) to purchase the 12 piece chicken @ 104-13 Lefferts Blvd South Richmond Hill NY 11419? I place my order got my chicken open the box at the counter to see my chicken. The chicken pieces was so freaking small like the legs and the wing the breast was just mostly bone with some chicken on the bone, when I told the working about what kind of chicken is this he went to the manager to tell her, the b#### just tell him to give me my money back with an attitude like I'm begging for the chicken, they didn't offer to exchange a few pieces nothing, I said I'm paying my money atlease give me some good piece of chicken the working gonna tell me with an attitude if I feel they getting the chicken free, I never ask him for no free chicken. Im not saying that I want all big pieces of chicken but come on atlease have a few decent pieces.This is the worst POPEYES on 104-13 Lefferts Blvd South Richmond Hill 11419...the staff in the night is so nice the manager is a lovely guy but in the day the manager is a Spanish lady her face is like a hog so is her attitude I'm never gonna spend my money there again and I'm gonna tell all my friend and family to never go back there...

Popeyes workers and managers

I'm a employee with all I'm not disclosing my name due to situations at work place.. I have been with all almost 2 years now. I love working at the popeyes Louisiana chicken on Rogers av in fort Smith Arkansas. .
I have the ran into issues.. I been noticing inappropriate behavior going between managers an employees... One inparticular slept with a fellow employee an when I told the assistant managers I guess he got upset.. He then started making up lies complete lies about me to other managers resulting in two write ups the last one was a final warning write up which is unfair due to me being a single mother I am going to be late.. Its hard finding a trust worthy sitter for my 9 month old son.. I always called in advance an get them know. .. I found out this manager sleeping with other Co workers is trying to get me fired... I was told he don't like me. . I been with you guys. Two years I was 3 months pregnant when I started an i litterally worked up until the day I had my son. I had my son April 13(if shown to staff on Rogers please mark out date) an I worked closed actually April 12th both of 2016... I really want to continue working for all but if this continues you are probably going to see several lawsuits on sexual harassment on Mr. Greg (the manager doing the inappropriate behavior with other Co workers) its unfair that I worked so hard an I have not received a promotion nor a raise at all .. There is alot of faulty things going on an think you guys need to send a informent in an clean house.. Popeyes service

Incident at Store # 11798. Phone [protected]. 6105 ringgold road east ridge TN. At 3:25 on 7 Jan 2017. I was screamed at and called racist names by afro-American employee at my car when I ask her what they were going to do about shorting me 4 biscuits the last time I was at Popeyes. My wife and I were sitting in parking slot as we were directed waiting for our meal. I had asked the window server at the drive through ...her name was Raven b. Who was not nasty to us... First about the biscuits, and she said she check on it. Then a different server who brought the meal to our car was extremely nasty to us when I ask the question again. she ignored my request again ...started screaming at me storming back in the store, and under her breath used racist remarks saying honkey...or something like that...since I am a white male. This action by her is actually a hate crime and a class lll felony. I demand an apology from the manager and a form of restitution in 72 hours or I'm getting an attorney and this is going to ugly and I'm going to the media to make this get national attention. My bill was $42.59 cents

Popeyes customer service

Very rude. No customer service skills. Came in ordered got our food. The rude girl at front counter didn't give us condiments we had to keep going to counter and asking and she got an attitude because we did have to keep asking i'm sorry if you don't want to do your dam job get the f### out. Find something else. This popeyes location is whack. Changed so much nothing but spanish speaking employees who are all ducking ride. I will complain to the bbb.

Popeyes wrong order given

Went thru the drive thru at division and burton st in grand rapids michigan. I asked for cajun fish po-boy sandwich and I received a po-boy shrimp sandwich. They asked me to return the sandwich in severe weather so I asked for a manager. Janisa the manager told me there wasn't anything she could do. Service was extremely poor. I am very disappointed and want my money back.

Popeyes chicken

I ordered a 2 piece white meat chicken meal with 1 side (Fries). When I got back to work 4 minutes later, the fries were cold and the wing that came with the meal was spoiled chicken. Good thing I did not bite into it. I broke the wing away from the drumette and the inside was a disgusting brown.

The meat smelled rancid and looked even worse. This is the worst popeye's i've every been to. You sit in the drive through line at least 15-20 minutes. A waste of $6.59. I hope to be reimbursed and will never frequent this popeye's ever again!

Gm lenel at starting and essen tried fight me in front of customer after he keep saying he slept whit my brother that mess up because he work at popeye's I quit because of all was saying at work after gm lenel telling everyone he slept whit my bro I told my bro at end of day that's my bro no matter if he stand up for me or not it was wrong he bann me from popeye's because my told him that's a lie he need be man enough not to discuss that stuff at work and in front of his bro he don't have right call my phone make the at to me behind something he said

Popeyes uncooked food

Today - 12/28/16 at 3 pm, I stopped into popeye's chicken located at 1959 w. Howard street (Chicago, il) to grab lunch. Upon entering the establishment a customer was complaining about how long she had been waiting for her order, while an employee was also dealing with another customer in the drive through who too was complaining of the wait. Although my wait time was 30 mins, this is not my gripe.

Once I returned to my office, as my order was "to go", I realized my food was under cooked. I had gotten the 6 piece wing combo and with every piece i'd attempted to eat, there was a lot of pink fatty slime under each crusted piece. I wanted to believe the color was from the seasoning in which the chicken may have been cook in, until I saw blood glistening off the bone.

To add to my disgust, I took a sip of the sprite that I had received with my meal was nothing but seltzer water.

My hope is, their customer service improves and the food is properly prepared before serving. As of now, I am turned off!
