Perfect medical recommended 2 machines when only one machine is adequate for my purpose. After using my credit card, they took several hours to issue receipts. Upon receiving receipts I discovered the original price for the first course was only $28, 800 (12 treatments), whereas $9, 200 was deducted for 2 "trial treatments" described as gifts, after I had refused a different gift. I advise all who go to this company to leave cash and credit cards home. Get your free treatment and disappear forever. You can get cheaper treatments without paying for a course elsewhere. Just type exilis and ultra v lift.
I requested a refund of the $9, 200 and refuse the totally unrelated "gifts' the same night when I had the opportunity to study the receipts carefully. The senior staff insisted it was a package. But I receipts proving treatments in the same package is marked zero costs.

完美醫療 Perfect Medical (Perfect Medical Health Management Limited/ PERFECT MEDICAL BEAUTY GROUP LIMITED (hk stock: 1830)) has such [censored]ty customer service. I do not recommend this place. 極度ä¸æŽ¨è–¦. Once you paid for a beauty package, you will never get any service. 一旦您支付了美容套é¤è²»ç”¨ï¼Œæ‚¨å°‡æ°¸é å¾—ä¸åˆ°ä»»ä½•å¾ŒçºŒæœå‹™ã€‚
I complained to the store manager at Causeway Bay Ms Chow, but she didn't care. Their staff 美容師has very little experience and I feel like I am a rat every time I do my facial there. Basically just another face for the inexperienced staff to practice.
I'd like to bring it to Au-Yeung Kong but when I called their Investor Relations (the only complain number), no one ever pick up or return the call.

Absolutely a mistake to go there! I bought a 12-treatment package, and EACH AND EVERY TIME they relentlessly try to upsell you additional services. (ex. Like this "new machine" below)
I'm like "How about we get what we signed up for first and see how it goes? Because they fact of the matter is - no one knows what kind of outcomes you will get, and until the consumer sees some quality improvement, how do we know what we are paying for?"
The (multiple) staff that tried to sell me didn't like that. They walked out without saying a word, or scheduling my next appointment.
I wonder if that means I can cancel this treatment package and go to another place where they are focused on getting actual results for consumers.
I Brought the Goku 溶脂 for slimming purpose with trial price of $280.00 (Booked online). Booked the appointment at 3:15pm. I Arrived at 3pm, the beautician there took me 20 minutes to weight me and sell me additional slimming plan for HK$18000 (12 treatment + 12 Treatment-Free).
I already fed up with the beautician as I said I am a housewife and can't afford the plan she introduced.
She just goes ahead to treat me with Goku溶脂. I found out she is cheating me by giving me 5-minutes treatment and quickly dress up with my clothes so that she can force me to sign up the plan of HK$9000 (12 Treatments).
Even I paid only $280.00 for trial. I don't think I should be treated unfairly and need to be hard sell to another plan even before I have the basic trial of GOKU Japan.
Very disappointed and will never go back again.
