I swiped using my card at the store on Sunday then the till machine couldn't print out the slip so I had to swip twice. Then the manager told me that the money will be reversed back into my account but until today nothing has returned on my account. Please find the below statement attached below showing the issue.

Claimed loss: Claim R 257.04 which was dedicated and was not reversed since from Sunday.
Desired outcome: I would like appreciate a respond cause the store manager can't assist at all on this matter.
