When I got to this hotel, they said I had to pay an additional $30 per day for parking
It was all supposed to be included in my charges. Have never had this happen before and have used many park, sleep and fly hotels.
We left the car since we can’t miss our flight. The hotel manager (Michael) asked that you contact him to solve this dilemma before we get back on the 11th.

Desired outcome: Like to pay exactly what I was quoted
