Oklahoma Natural Gas review: Customer service - reconnection

I was scheduled to have my service restored April 8. I never received a call (They are welcome to check my phone. I am mad enough I will go get a print out from US Cellular of my phone history.), yet they showed up at my house to leave their "fun" green card. Called to reschedule. Sandra tried to sale me insurance. "Ma'am, I obviously am struggling financially, or I wouldn't be getting my service restored. Can we do that?" Kept going on and on about the insurance. She was not happy with me, but finally stopped. Guy came out next day. Neighbors saw him pull in driveway, get out, stick his "fun" green sign in the door, and leave. I told him my husband was just down the road coming home from work. He is supposed to wait at the property 15 minutes. He didn't. Called and got Sandra back. She already doesn't like me cause I won't take buy the insurance. She calls me a liar. Now I am pissed. She had the nerve to tell me to act professional. "I will be professional when she stops lying to me" asked to speak to a supervisor. Nope. Wouldn't let me. Now I get wait til Monday. Let's also not get me started on the whole you have a ln entire day appointment cause we can't give you a time bulk crap. That is the most absurd, poor management bunch of crap I have ever heard. Yet, you all want to be treated like professionals. Expecting me to take off work and wait for you all day is an unrealistic expectation in this day and age. We can't afford to miss work. It kind of pays for things like...your gas. If I could turn my whole house electric and not need ONG, I would do it just to never have to need the services ever again.
