Purchased for Christmas gift. Used only 5 times. Quit working. Sent email to your company and emailed all the info you asked for. Never heard anything more. Sent the info another three times and finally got an email from the company asking for the same info I already sent. This is a scam. Why offer a one year warranty if you won't honor it. I will never purchase from your company again.

Desired outcome: Refund. $75.04.
