North Texas Tollway Authority [NTTA] review: Won't correct billing mailing address

Because I go back and forth from KS to TX about 4 times a year (I have a KTag already), I take the tollway thru Ft. Worth. I hadn't received a bill since last September but knew I'd made at least one trip since then so got on the ZipTag online and there was a balance of $80. I paid it even tho it didn't have a breakout until after paying and then saw that the address was a College Station (I haven't been to CS in years) address even tho my address is a KS one so then called NTTA. Was told they could not change the address, that I'd have to call the KS DMV which I did. KS DMV says the address on the tag is the correct one in KS and they have no idea how NTTA got a TX address. So KS can't change it because it's correct. E-mailed NTTA and gave the whole spiel again. Just got a response again that they can't change the address and that they also will not refund any late fees. The late fees totaled $55. It is just crazy! And then they tell me I have no balance in one paragraph only to then tell me I have pending charges of $15.83 (pending mind you) and that the charges occurred in September of 2024!
