Night Crew Service review: Customer service

On July 11th at 8:30pm I went to place an order through the drive thru. I waited about 30 minutes to get to the speaker phone and when I got there no one responded for 15 minutes. I understand that they were busy but the least they could do is respond and say “one moment please”. The morning and early afternoon crew at this McDonald’s are always on point and provide a great a friendly service. There has been other times when I order at night and the night crew are just simply rude.
