I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent couch order CA2200HS from Nick Scali. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with the store—both in person and online—I have not received a satisfactory outcome, and the issue remains unresolved.
When I placed my order, I was advised that I would receive two smaller back cushions. However, I only received one large cushion, which does not fit the length of the couch. The side of the couch measures 139cm, but the cushion is only 89cm, as shown in the photos I provided. This does not match the module design I ordered, nor does it serve the intended purpose of the extension, as the seating area is incomplete and unusable.
I am seeking a solution that provides two back cushions, each 70cm long, so that the couch can be correctly covered and used as intended. This would allow guests to sit comfortably and ensure the extension functions properly.
Since I have spoken to store staff and your online customer service team three times and attempted to resolve the issue online without any progress, I kindly request that this complaint be escalated to a higher manager for review and resolution. Please respond to me in writing so we can keep clear records of this mattering case I need to refer to ACCC if I still can't get an outcome
