I bought a slab of the Nestle milky bar with jelly tots and when i reached halfway i found a dead fly which seemed to be partially melted into the chocolate which was very upsetting as i was sharing this chocolate amongst work colleagues. the shop owner said to me that it is not his problem as he does not make or package the chocolates and i should complain to the people that does and refused to replace or refund my money.
Claimed loss: R25.00 and loss of appetite.
Desired outcome: An apology as well a reimbursement of funds or product.
