Our leather reclining couch has a section that is discolored and maybe peeling. When we bought the couch, the salesman specifically told me that all was covered during the 5-year warranty. We still have 3 years warranty left, and Square Trade will not cover it. My advice to others is don't purchase the extended warranty. Actually, don't buy from NFM. Square Trade is a scam in my opinion.

Desired outcome: Get my couch repaired.
