Terrible experience. The manager emphasizes the quality of their service when trying to secure a job, but the actual experience is very disappointing. The workers damaged my property — they broke my closet door, hit the wall, and scratched my drawers. Initially, the manager offered $75 in compensation; after I insisted, he increased it to $200, which I had to spend entirely just to repair the closet door.
The manager does not take responsibility and argues extensively instead. He keeps calling repeatedly and does not allow time to properly assess the full extent of the damage before demanding payment. He also refuses to let you obtain repair estimates or investigate whether there are additional damages. Even when only part of your belongings has been delivered, he continues to call and pressure you for payment, regardless of your situation.
