I would like to formally express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with MyTrip’s customer service and handling of my case.
Unfortunately, after trying to contact your company through several different channels, I have received nothing but automated responses, with no real assistance or resolution provided.
During the purchase of two airline tickets, an error occurred during the payment process on my system. Despite the error, the amount was charged to my credit card. However, I never received any booking confirmation, airline tickets, reference number, or even a confirmation email regarding the purchase.
What is most frustrating is the complete lack of support and communication from your company. I attempted to request a refund and seek clarification about the transaction, but no one made any genuine effort to contact me or resolve the issue.
To make matters even worse, many of the contact email addresses I found for MyTrip are no longer available or do not accept messages. This level of customer support is extremely disappointing and far below what I expected from a company I previously trusted and considered reliable.
As a customer, I feel completely ignored and disrespected.
I respectfully request an immediate investigation into this matter and a prompt resolution, including either:
confirmation and delivery of the valid booking documents; or
a full refund of the amount charged to my card.
I sincerely hope MyTrip will take responsibility for this situation and provide a proper response without further delay.
