Morrisons review: The state of the toilets

Hi,

I've complained a number of times about issues with the male toilets in Morrisons at the Morfa shopping centre I've even complained to the manager, Mark but he said that his hands were tied and he couldn't do anything about it.

I'm wondering whether I should bother writing to complain as the outstanding issues have not been addressed for over a year.

To itemise the problems, these are:
The inner door to the toilet slams shut too loudly.
Only 1 of the 3 urinals is working
Only 1 of the two sink taps works
Only 1 hand drier is working
There is not lock on one of the toilet doors

I wanted to use some strong language to make my point but I'll say that I think that Morrisons management is a total useless bunch of %*&^%$£
