MorningSave review: Foot massager

Morning Save is a scam. They delivered to me the ordered foot massager damaged, used, non-working, with a missing power supply. The damage to the manufacturer's box is such that it is possible to infer that the product was packaged in the shipping box damaged. When I contacted them, their customer service refused my return. Contrary to their published return policy, they claimed that first I have to prove through the pictures that the product is not working (and they would have liberty to interpret these pictures as they deem fit) and then to ship the product to them at my expense. In other words, Morning Save is scamming customer by dealing damaged goods, then denying the returns under arbitrary pretexts contrary to its published policies.
