Moffitt Cancer Center review: Treatment by financial office

We called Moffitt to get a second opinion. We were told our insurance was out of Network. We have out of network benefits. We were told to call our insurance and get a letter of agreement because we have out of network benefits. The rudest people work at Moffitt. You are deal with people with a cancer diagnosis have alittle compassion. We spoke to several people all rude. The last woman we spoke to in the finance department said even if we get a letter they won't take it especially New York coverage. I hope this person never knows how it feels having a cancer diagnosis and being treated so bad.
