have been Milwaukee service center for years. and every year customer service gets worse it all about the numbers! Doesn't matter that the economy is in the toilet. But the huge Complaint for me is you would think a service center would be able to get support such as answered questions from the sales rep that is suppose to call on you. (NOT) so on the portal you have access to pricing (tools/parts/lightning max) but when you get billed for a much higher price and are told we don't know where you got that price from? you say log in bring up lightning max price sheet and they act like they don't know what it is. Obviously milw needs to TRAIN their Employees and return calls maybe but 1 out of 10.4-6 days later if lucky.. and warranty repairs if tool needs just a switch (20.00) its flat rate 169.00 on a 6538-21 or the one I love is 3 out of 10 tools are not covered under warranty even if only yr/2 old they say water Contamination? I just looked at the tool before it went to you it needs switch only.
