Microsoft review: microsoft tech support with windows 10.

I have a windows ten hp 14-ax010wm that was behind on updates and got stuck in the 1607 build. I found the issue out when a very new flash drive started to malfunction in this computer, but not any other. The first time I tried to fix it did not work and I stayed up till 3 am working with tech support. I was not annoyed that the issue was not fixed in that moment because the issue was a bit tedious. Then the real problem comes. My father tries to do it, and works with microsoft tech support for 7 hours straight with no success. That is not the worst part though. After the tech support tried downloading this file over and over again (which kept getting corrupted), the tech support deletes major parts of the computers operating system. Not only that but he says we need to get a friend to copy the hp windows 10 from their computer, onto the computer or we should "pay" hp for a new windows 10 to be installed on the computer.in the end, about 12 hours of work were wasted to make a functioning computer with small mistakes become a smoldering pile of garbage with the only operation it can do is "access the basic internet." it also severely lags when doing that. This severe problem occurred on the twenty-ninth of december, 2018 and then the support botched their job on the sixth of january, 2019. My first client number was [protected] which I got on december twenty-ninth, 2018 and then it became [protected] which I got around noon on the sixth of january, 2019. The final number I got was [protected] which I got two hours after my second client number. What I would request is that the computer be fully repaired for free and that it is up to date. To, summarize microsoft tech support tried to fix a issue, but miserably botched the job turning a windows 10 with small errors into a computer as good as a windows vista. I now can barely do any assignments my teachers assign me. So I hope this complaint is seen and the issue is fixed or otherwise, I am going to glaring at microsoft for quite a lengthy time
