I was talked into purchasing 3 jars of your product last summer. The customer service rep said that the product was refundable is I did not see results.
Now that I am done with the third jar (I really tried to give it time to see results), I contacted your company to say I did not see good results. The person to whom I spoke informed me that the guarantee was only for 60 days. He was, at best, dismissive. At worst, he was rude. Honestly, it is not about the money. The product does not work and your customer service reps were happy to over sell the product and quick to say "too bad."
Very disappointing.

I have a difficult time finding products that don't irritate my skin, clog pores, aren't too greasy, the list is long of problems I've encountered. Purchased my first jar from Amazon. Love this cream, its perfect for my dry and sensitive skin. It’s effective and I don’t need to reapply during the day.

I have used MiamiMD Age-Defying Lifting & Firming Face Cream for about 2-3 months now and its an incredible facial cream and I can see why it has a lot of great reviews on it! It’s only my third container and I have seen great results! Its gentle it’s not greasy, it’s very affordable and you only need a little bit! Highly suggest, hands down it’s better than any cream I have ever used! It got rid of spots that I have from the sun, markings on my skin, any discoloration it has definitely improved! leaves my skin so soft and definitely brightens & smells very refreshing! Its anti-aging as well so helps with fine lines and lifts and tightens skin! I use it on my face, neck, chest, hands, lol & arms I kind of use it all over because it’s that amazing! I first tried MiamiMD Age-Defying Lifting & Firming Face Cream. I loved the smell and it felt silky soft and made my skin look lovely. My skin tends to be dry and it very quickly absorbs anything I put on it and the MiamiMD Age-Defying Lifting & Firming Face Cream was no exception although it seemed to hydrate quite well. It arrived quickly from Amazon and I am completely enamored. It has a more fruity scent, it’s also lovely and felt amazing on my skin and to my surprise my skin did not absorb it all by morning. I looked in the mirror expecting to see my dry dull skin but was pleasantly surprised to see that my face had this amazing dewy glow. There was still a light layer of hydration but it wasn’t oily or greasy and my face looked amazing. I’ve never had a product make my skin feel protected and moisturized for more than an hour or two but this product kept it moisturized for well over 12 hours. Best face cream I’ve ever used and I’m 49 so I’ve used quite a few.

Within few days of applying 2x per day my skin feels satisfied and nourished. Like I remember it was in my 20-30s. Cream consistency is very light actually, was expecting heavy goop. There’s perfume/light floral to it. Lingers a little. Doesn’t bother me too much, I’d prefer if it was left out, but my skin feels very happy and looks glowy and calm so I’m putting up with perfume in it. Left big jar at home when traveling and noticed my skin definitely looking and feeling drab and dry after 2-3 days. Tiny wrinkles on forehead and around eyes and lips look plumped and less dry. I’m surprised it worked on them so nicely. Will try to repurchase on sale. Once you go to champagne will be hard to downgrade to beer again

I love the Miami MD Advanced Crepe Fix Anti Aging Tightening & Firming Cream. It’s so easy to apply and doesn’t leave your skin feeling dragged, sticky, or overloaded. I bought the Miami MD Anti aging cream because my skin needed a reset. Recently I started getting bumps on my chin and cheeks. This cream feels so good and it is on the thicker side which is normal. I love how my skin glows and feels with this cream on. There is good fragrance! I have just used a couple of times but my skin is liking it as I haven’t experienced any dryness or flakiness. I intend to continue using once a week for my skin to get acclimated as I’m ensuring my skin approves of it. So far we are good. I definitely recommend this cream.

I am in love with this product. I am 48 years old and have combination skin with light adult acne.
