I am extremely disappointed with this company and the so-called “lifetime warranty” that came with my Maya steam shower. After only 2½ years, the window in the bathtub top has started leaking, causing water to overflow onto the bathroom floor. This is completely unacceptable for a unit that cost nearly $9,000.

When I purchased this product, I trusted that the lifetime warranty would protect me from exactly this kind of issue. However, the company has refused to repair or replace the defective part, making the warranty essentially worthless. At this point, the unit is no longer usable and has become more of a liability than a luxury.

This situation is especially frustrating because we are currently in the process of selling our home. It is extremely difficult to market a remodeled bathroom when the bathtub is leaking and damaging the floor. This defect has directly impacted our ability to present our home properly.

Customer service has been terrible. I have reached out multiple times requesting assistance and even asked for the name of a manager, but no one has been willing to provide it. Phone calls go unanswered, and messages are never returned. It feels like the company is deliberately avoiding responsibility.

I will be reporting this issue, as I believe this behavior is dishonest and potentially fraudulent. Companies should not be allowed to sell expensive products with “lifetime warranties” and then refuse to honor them when problems arise.

I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this company.

Do not rely on the promise of a “lifetime warranty” without fully understanding what it actually covers—and whether the company will honor it. Keep detailed records of your purchase, warranty terms, and all communication, as you may need them if issues arise. Based on my experience, you should be prepared for potential difficulties with customer service and follow-up support. If you are investing a significant amount of money in a product like this, consider choosing a company with a proven track record of standing behind their products and providing responsive customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has shown that a high price does not guarantee quality or reliability.
