Short Yes!
Context:
I have gone through a 90day trial period, taken a physical, vand with the exception of my stool sample check{not back yet} all my blood and urine test are
(compared to a 5year side-by-sjde comparison) equally normal.
My cholesterol wet down 30 points (from 200, to 170 (usually high).
The swelling in my body, (usually ankles, knees and hands) is extremely lower-nont existent during the 90day trial test period!
I cycled off fir about 30days, and reordered another 180day supply, and some lymph inflammation returned; however significantly lower than before the previous 90day trial period.
I am back taking on my 2nd 90 day test, taking 1-2 capsules daily (1being my norm) and 2 when my exercise regimines cause some additional inflammation in my ankles, knees, and hands.
My overall body puffiness is down as low as it was 14-15 years ago.
I highly recommend others considering adding Lymph MD to their supplements regimines, discuss with your PC Doctor, check the drug&supplements interactions.
There is other lymph supplements on the market (Lymph Doctor) with similar ingredients as Lymph MD, bit I have never taken them nor have any comparison data to share with you.
Here's to your help, and iHole, believe and pray it helps someone needing, and looking for help‼ï¸

Beware of the side effects of this supplement. I couldn’t believe my chest tightness and cough was a response to this drug so I kept taking it until I realized after awhile this could be the root of the problem I was experiencing. Advice… don’t wait as long as I did to know something is not right with the introduction of this medicine in your routine!
