Driver left lady passenger in a puddle then left
It took 3 drivers to get passenger at 12422 peconic ct wellington, fl the first driver left the lady in a puddle after waiting 20 minutes, the second driver didn't appear to know where he was going. The third driver finally got to her in the pouring raid. The lady was soaked and the service a disgrace. This occurred today

Someone has been using my profile since the last Thursday and I can't stop it. Their customer service did nothing to help me, they say I'm wrong, but I can watch the activity in my profile and I'm sure it's not used by anyone else I know. It's someone else, another person from a different place from the other coast of the US. And it's strange they can't see this. Or maybe they don't want to see.

The company is unprofessional and profiles there Drivers they made up a false complaint they can not prove that happen at all the company does not care about safety of there drivers and seems to take sides with passengers always
This company lost agood driver I would never go back to them

I agree. Lyft and Uber both need to be removed from the earth. Horrible companies. Lyft is probably the worst of the two but Uber's right there. They don't care anything about their drivers. Only the customers. The drivers are way underpaid. Customers making false complaints all the time trying to get deals. sitting outside restaurants and stores all the time waiting for customers and not getting paid to do so and if you don't the customer will make some sort of complaint. Your vehicle will lose its value quickly as you put on miles. You don't get any pay for maintenance or serious repairs. You pay for your gas. Many rides you get are complete losses because the pay is so low. Nothing but problems.
Signup bonus
Lyft is refusing to honor the $750 signup bonus. The reason I chose Lyft over Uber is because they were offering this bonus for DC drivers. I googled Lyft and saw that they were offering it. I then decided to download the app and start the signup process. I signed up and got on the road only to later be told that I needed to input a code when signing up and that they will not input it for me. Lyft did not properly advertise this bonus or any bonus for that matter. Lyft doesn't say you need to input the code. What happens to many people is that they do their research (like I did), see the benefits and then proceed to download the app or apply to be a driver through the app they already have downloaded. In my case at least, it was reasonable to assume that the bonus was for all DC drivers who signed up (given what you can see on Lyft's website) and consequently I signed up in DC. Later I was told that I needed to input the code when signing up and that they will not be honoring the signup bonus.
I agreed to work for them and they removed the advertisement
I found the advertisement that the company Lyft searched for the new drivers. They offered $500 in cash for the job. I contacted the manager, who told me that I could start the job. But he hasn’t called me back and didn’t tell what to do next. I opened their site again and the advertisement disappeared. This company is dodgy and they have my details, so I don’t know how they will use it.

Lyft charged me double the price which Uber was taking for the same ride and wait time
I am regular customer but got upset by lyft charged for this ride.
I will be now shifting to Uber
I received quest or ride challenge from Lyft and completed, but Lyft had one concern my trip and he cut 732 $ from my account. The ride challenged if I completed 40 trip he pay 322 $ extra money and after that if I completed 20 more trip he paid 410 $ extra and I completed 64 trip and sending you screenshots as well with my complaint.
on august 19, 2023 i got ahmad fawad as my lyft driver the ride was $8.95 and it was taken off of my debit card and i had a balance on the card of $4, ahmad fawad or lyft charged me an additional $8 for what i don't know but my ride was already paid for and i want my $8 refunded to my card ending in 6635.

I have a photograph of a lyft driver over the white intersection with a phone in his hand. How can I send the pic? Think about it, one careless driver could result in a big law suite. The cab # is 109 eastonville and meridian.
I cannot access ride requests. Funds still available in account please advise/resolve this has been an issue since Monday.

Driver went to wrong pick-up address, contacted driver who told me she could not find my address. I did not cancel and as a result, LYFT applied charge of $5.55 to my account.
