Lowe's Store Help / Self Service Check out.

Good Afternoon, I'm a Big Lowe's Believer I will drive out of my way to go to Lowe's. But lately I feel I'm not getting the respect back. I have been Retired for a little over a year. Now it time to work on the house and property. In the last year I have poured 77 yards of cement which means I installed water lines/Fittings - PVC for electrical and pick up a laser for leveling. Also build a small wood porch with steps and ramp to help with my father to get in and out of the house. Pick up over 5 doz - solar lights and that just outside. Inside new washer/dryer - Paint over 10 gallons + supply's - curd tens - rods . Stove Wall lamps and ceiling fans/lights - Wiring / Rings Security Item and a lot more
about $ 18, 000 to $20, 000 not lieing . But at the Victorville ( Bear Valley Store ) There is hardy any help - you ask for help and they don't work in that department - the stock is low or none and there my back stock up on the shelf but trying to fine somebody to get it down can take awhile. The women or more out to help then the males. ( that is the truth ) I had a problem just last weekend I ask if there were anymore of the ceiling fan the gentleman looked it up on his phone and stated they had 10ea in stock - I did not see one on the floor he stated that they are in the back or up on the self and I asked if he could help me and he STATED he was not allowed to go in the back and walked away. ( What the hell was that ). another sale lady help me and we found the fan $200.00 sale because she was willing help. But why is there only self service check out and other spend a lot of money and we deserve that contact when your are spend over $500.00 at a time. All we need is somebody to help once in awhile . Thanks

Lowe's Lack of handicap customer awareness

I am or should, I say was a frequent shopper at Lowes W. Amherst NY
Store# 1883.

This store has only 3 handicap carts; so imagine how, I would feel if 2 of them are out of order. I understand these issues happen but 1 cart was out of order for over a month and now a 2nd? Of course the 3rd is used a lot and is out of power most of the time and left in the parking lot.
On numerous occasions, I approached the Service Desk and brought this matter up to the staff. Am told they will note this and pass it on?
I know the store is cutting back on hours and asking there store personnel to gather the carts while leaving their departments but really how about spending a little $$ and have lot attendants work more shifts especially now that it is warming up!
It also would be smart to have a better sense of concern and awareness to keep on top of Handicap Carts Maintenance/Repair. Hmm how about increasing the amount of carts? We are customers too!
FYI, your main competitor "Home Depot" has a minimum of 4 to 6 carts on hand at all times. This is a fact since, I have been to 3 of the locations to shop since Lowes does not seem to care about the disabled.

Desired outcome: How about fixing the carts!

5/8/20 I was charged for a GE washer transaction number #[protected]. The washer was never delivered. The credit card was charged 944.28. Lowes refunded the washer on a merge credit gift card for $789.31, #[protected] 6/10/20, but never reported this to the Synchrony credit card folks. The employee is my neighbor and he's been harassing and stalking me for 2+ years now. I didn't even know he worked at Lowe's until I went to look at chainsaws with a friend and the same loud bird calls over and over. The same thing he does when he's at home evidently watching for me 24/7 cause it never fails. I'm tired of that sicko stalking and harassing...

Lowe's where's my order

Order # 722868442

Invoice # 77017 I placed this order on 4/28. How can it be delayed 4 days an hour before its supposed to be delivered. The 4x4x16 's were for a retaining wall I removed saturday. Now when it rains mud runs onto my neighbors patio. I had a call confirming my delivery saturday night and another on sunday morning.

Lowe's unnecessary items were added and charged to my account and delivered damaged

I contracted Lowes to do removal then installation of Tile, the job would consist of Kitchen[remodeling] dinning & Living rooms, Guest Bedroom & bathroom. Delivery of items were on time, but heavy . Inventory by driver and myself and discrepancies were apparent > First there were items i never ordered and basically not necessary for this job, but i am charged items that are expensive i also noticed extra items of my actual order were added, again without my consent and of course added to bill . Also some of the unneeded expensive items that Lowes added and charged me [no consent] for were damage beyond repair . Driver took photo's. Job completed and there were so many other issues, but just one at a time .An inventory was taken of unused items by installer, he stated that 70% of items should have never been added. 30% was usable but not needed
overkill added by Lowes . It's quite a bit of stuff, and burden is on me to return it [a disabled retired man] thanks . Estimate amount of $$ of extras that were added without my knowledge, refund approx. $950.00

4/30/21 I was due to have a dishwasher delivered. The delivery person came at 11:45pm with a box (resealed) with my initial and last name on it. However, the box number listed on the box did not match my order number. He insisted it was mine and hung around trying to get me to allow delivery. Lowe's Military discount

Their military discount program is a joke. First, they tell you that you're not eligible to get a discount on an appliance already on sale (fair enough). Then you choose an item NOT on sale, and they tell you the item isn't eligible for a discount. Then why say you even offer a discount and not specify that? Lucky for me, Home Depot had the same item on sale and I got it from them. I'll be transitioning my business entirely to Home Depot where they don't play these kinds of games.

I too have experienced the joke that is Lowe’s Veteran Discount program. Discount does not register on key card, employee says I have to call corporate, corporate says that’s handled at the local store. Stop using those who served as a promotional prop.

Lowe's the i dont care attitude from all lowes employees in rocky mount nc store

when ever you go into the Lowes in rocky mount N.C. it is impossible to get any assistance in any department, the wait time if you get any assistance is very lengthily to the point you just leave because you get tired of waiting.
if you do get any assistance you get the attitude of why should i help you i get a paycheck if i sell something or not . when you go to price challenge a like item, the response is they wont let me(corporate), and no effort is made to get a manager, i have been told that if it is not my area then it is not my area of expertise and i cant help you. I have brought numerous items up to management, you get the impression of why care i do not know how to or want to seek assistance from corporate to make this store better. the sale s associates from other stores are glad you came to their store to get what u needed, this store has had this reputation for years and i guess nobody really cares because nothing has been done to resolve the issues.

Lowe's Lowes knows how to scam

Lowes 5 year Extended Protection Plan is a Lowes Exclusive Scam. Lowes has scammed, lied, cheated and stolen from us over the EPP we purchased. Lowes has figured out that they can do a buyout (buying your appliance back) of your appliance for what you paid for it 5 years ago, so that you can come back and purchase the same thing for more money. Then they get the money you paid for the extended warranty pure profit and made more money off of you to purchase more expensive appliances, plus having to pay for new deliveries and hauling off your failed appliance. Lowes Know Scamming!

Desired outcome: Full refund of all appliances since they won't provide coverage for them under our warranty, full refund of our EPP

Lowe's Customer NO service

Nobody answers the phone. Called for 30 minutes. I finally gave up and called another store for another 30 minutes. They did FINALLY answer and told me the part I was looking for was at the other store. I went by the store to pick it up and complained about how bad customer service is as far as getting anybody to answer the phone (it has been this way for over a year). I was told that it is now corporate policy to under-staff the stores to the point that they do not have anybody to answer the phones any longer. I hear customer service has picked up at Home Depot so I guess I will start going back to them. If the management at Lowes ever wakes up then maybe in a few years I will try them again. Till then if Home Depot does not have it and it is something I need the I will get it off Amazon.

Lowe's Fence Installation

Installer did not know how to install fence correctly. Did NOT use a tape measure. Lots of boards not nailed properly. Missing lots of nails. Boards screwed to nothing. Fence is not even straight. Very unsatisfactory. Called Lowe's after installer's first day to complain. They didn't take care of it. Told me tell the installer how I wanted it done. He should know how it is to be installed. I shouldn't have to tell him. If that were the case I would have in's to the fence myself. Talked to a representative a couple more times with no real resolution. Finally gave up. Ridiculous

Lowe's G.E. Clothes Washer GTW465ASNWW

Complaint about Lowe's Home Centers, 425 New Byhalia Road, Collierville, Tn. 38017.

Lowe's Windows installation

We bought 15 pelle windows they came in in around oct 2020 installor came and they were measured wrong got new one just in 4 weeks now still cant not get your installor to call or come by. This is wrong store not sure what they are doing. Cant leave until they are replaced I talking to lawer this is total [censored]. No one keeps us up to date we are missing out on travel bussines etc.

Lowe's Price promise (matching) not honored for local retailer floor and decor

I live in Austin, TX. I am a residential bathroom remodeling / tile installation contractor. I was denied a price match for ½ Hardie Backer Board from Floor and Décor (www.flooranddecor.com) Home Depot honored the price match plus 10% of cost difference.

Just bring the ad, printout or photo and show an associate so we can validate the price on the competitor's website or ad to complete the price match. Lowe's Price Promise includes the price of the item(s) plus shipping or delivery cost."

Floor and Decor is a local retailer with identical in-stock item at a lesser price. (https://www.flooranddecor.com/company-info/about-us.html)

I don't believe any of the "Price Promise" policy exclusions apply either ( https://www.lowes.com/l/price-promise.html?searchTerm=price%20match). If they do Lowe's should specify which one applies.

I was told by the local store Customer Service Department that Lowe's is only price matching to Home Depot. This is not specified in their "Price Promise" policy.

I went to Home Depot and they honored the price match plus 10% of the price difference. There stated policy is very similar to Lowe's. Home Depot's "Low Price Guarantee" states, "If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any other retailer, we will match the price. Just bring the ad, printout or photo with you to the register for validation. (This may involve the associate contacting the competitor).

So why doesn't Lowes honor the price match like Home Depot with similar policies?

Desired outcome: Honor "Price Promise" for local retailers or provide a documented approved and/or excluded list.

went there friday 4/23 and order not found.

order was cancelled by the lowes store.

I feel that Lowes should now ship the products to me free of charge.
