Lowe's Broken paves returned but haven’t seen refunds back.

I ordered on line for amounts of fray and red lay down paver. I found so many bad pieces and total was 29 pieces. I scheduled lowes from Temecula to come pick them up and expect to receive refunds. But, I have been waiting over a month and have no results or what happened to my return items. I called so many time but most no one picked up pho ne. I feel like they (Lowes) has taken my order returned but not giving back my money.

Lowe's answering phone

I called kona hawaii lowes on Satirday Oct 9th at about 130pm for information on stock on hand (riding lawnmower) was placed on hold for 1 hr 45 min. I called with another phone while on hold and they did the same thing all they said was "please Hold" and left 2nd phone waited for 45 minutes at that point I told myself well they don't need the business I live in hilo 100 miles away so I cant just drop by to check inventory I'll let my friends Know what kind of service I got. Please check whats going on with that store why is service so bad. this is David my # is [protected] cell my email is [protected]@hawaiiantel.net 1 Hr. and 45 minutes of my life wasted waiting for lowes

It's not just in Hawaii. It seems since "Covid." Companies can use this for an excuse. "Wait times are long. So many people are calling, but not enough C.S. reps. We're hiring people all the time, but so few, if any, are applying for any jobs?" Excuses only go so far, until people call elsewhere for products. The sad part is when you're stuck using Lowe's for their product repair people. I could go on about my washer being down 14 days with two teenagers, two adults and told that there isn't any repair people available! Really, why? Covid!? Come on. Rethinking my next purchase, while explaining to anyone who doesn't want to make a mistake like I did.

Lowe's Store did not follow through.

We recently special ordered a refrigerator on 6-2-2021 which took 4 months to get.One of the problems was, Lowe's never notified us when the refrigerator arrived, I just happened to call and check status and was informed it was there on 10-4.It was delivered two days later and it didn't fit the space but would fit if the front was lowered.I called the store and after being transferred all around the store several times for 90 minutes, I finally got to speak with someone in appliances who gave us a few suggestions on how to lower the front of the refrigerator.Needless to say it didn't work.I called the store again and after 65 minutes and transfers all around the store, I finally got to speak to the same guy and he said he would send someone out to adjust the height.That was two days ago and I haven't heard anything from Lowe's.I finally gave up and we hired someone to come and do the job Lowe's should have done.I will never again buy anything from Lowe's and I will discourage anyone else from buying from them.They won't answer the phone for hours, they won't follow through with what they tell you, absolutely zero integrity.

Lowe's Not able to use extended warranty- not honored.

My experience is like many others. The extended warranty systems are poor. They intentionally keep you on hold for hours, hoping you will not follow through and give up. The serial number was hidden on the product- impossible to find and have had to call manufacturer to locate it. Poor third parties, that don't show up for appointments. Each time I had to reschedule for a new appointment I waited an hour or longer on hold to set up the appointment. This company doesn't respect people and value their time. The phone system indicates they will call you back. If you do get a callback, the phone prompt to select 1 to speak to a representative - does not work on my smartphone; imagine that thousands of others also have this problem, unless they are on an older phone. You will have to hang up and call again and wait another 45 minutes to an hour. I have been on hold over 4 hours this week ... PLEASE CONTINUE TO HOLD A REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE WITH YOU IN 60 minutes or longer. I should have given up after the first hour, forgotten about the extended warranty, and purchased a new appliance from Home Depot or PC Richards any place but this company.

Desired outcome: NOTHING expect from this garbage company

Lowe's Delivery/Customer Service

I ordered 300 bags of mulch on line. On 10/13/21. It was scheduled for delivery for 10/07/21. After waiting ALL DAY, until 4:30 PM, it had not arrived.
I called the Lowes Store where it was purchased (Vero Beach, FL order #[protected]) to check on it. The young lady whom answered the call was uncaring and RUDE! She hung up on my call. I attempted calling back THREE TIMES. There was no answer to my call. The call was disconnected on the first two attempts, and on call three the phone rang over ONE HUNDRED times with no answer! I also called the store in Palm Bay, FL to check on the Vero Beach store, to see if there was a problem with the store. There was also no answer and the call was disconnected after 20 rings.
It seems as if Lowes is only interested in the sale and the money! There is ZERO Customer Service at any of their stores!I will no longer shop at any Lowes store!

Desired outcome: First I would like an explanation of WHY my items were not delivered, why the phones are not being answered, why the Customer seems to be at the bottom of their list. An finally an APPOLOGY from Lowes!!!

Lowe's Online Ordering changes my delivery address

My order was sent to an old address. I ordered paint online due to the store not stocking items. I took a screenshot of the completed order showing my current Texas address because an email did not come immediately. The next day I received the invoice and confirmation with an old Indiana address from 2 years ago. So their computer system changed the address which customer service verified happened. They saw my current Texas addresses in my account and yet any order they tried to do also showed the system changing shipping to Indiana. None will look at my proof of ordering with the correct address either.

I did call customer service immediately the day of receiving the email invoice/ order confirmation to correct the issue of the address being changed by their system. The products had not been sent out but no one could change the address. They first told me I needed to do that with FedEx even though the FEDEX website says only the sender can make a change of address. I kept checking with FedEx and it was moving towards Indiana instead of Texas, and after 4 calls to Lowes Customer Service with each one assuring me it was cared for, I finally got one item from order but the other 3 items went to Indiana. 3 more calls to LOwes with assurances they were caring for the issue with FedEx and still nothing. Today I finally found out the refund department has repeatedly refused to grant a refund even though I was told multiple times it is coming. I must track down their problem from their system created for a refund.

NEVER going to order from Lowes again!

Lowe's door

I purchased a exterior door on 9/23/2021 and I have been rescheduled or given misinformation each time. I live in Lexington, ky but I the problem was with the installers for the Nicholasville, Ky store . I have made four trips here ( Harrodsburg Ky which is an hour drive)and each time there has been a a problem ( miscommunication or just don't care). As a long time customer I would suggest that you change your installers or at least talk to them about my concerns . I am a dissatisfied costumer. this company is not a good representation of your out standing store that I would recommend to anyone.

Lowe's Core-tech luxury vinyl flooring

Lowe's Store in Manahawkin, NJ: flooring installed in kitchen, laundry room, dining area, hallway and bathroom. Flooring in in kitchen, hallway and bathroom is badly chipping, peeling, cupping and separating. Co hired independent flooring inspector who determined that cupping was due to improper expansion in length but company refuses to refund our money. We have been trying to resolve this issue for over a year without success.

Desired outcome: Flooring removed and full purchase and labor costs reimbursed

Lowe's Installation services

We ordered a deck installation April 1, 2021. Never heard back anything, left messages with sales rep, customer service, never received return call. Went to store (Lewes, De) Finally found manager, when she looked up our account, she found out the order had never been placed (this was July 23rd). They reordered the materials, the order was lost, nobody could find out what happened to it. Talked to different dept. mgr. August 8, he said he would contact us when he found out where order was, he never contacted us. We went back to store to see what was going on, order supposedly came in August 24. Talked to installer, he said it should be 3 weeks to install. Now Oct. 6, still no date for installation. Worst customer service ever!

Desired outcome: already paid, want deck installed, at least find out when it’s scheduled

Lowe's Product delivery

I just brought a washer/dryer set and set for delivery on Sep 24, and then they call me the product is not available and push out the delivery. They said they will call me to confirm the date. They did not call me for the entire week and then on Sep 30 (7pm) an automatic call stating the product will be delivered next day Oct 1 in the morning, this is without my input, and I was not available. I call Lowes to reschedule, they ask me to call their delivery company DSI Logistics. When I call DSI, they say they can't reschedule and have to call Lowes again. Unbeknownst to me, DSI canceled my delivery order. I can't reach Lowes to reschedule (I was on hold for 45 minutes then got hung up), and no delivery on Fri Oct 1. I spend 2 hours calling Lowe's on Sat Oct 2 to try to reach Lowes' and on hold for most of that time, got hung up twice. Finally reach them, I "beg" them not to put me on hold again and schedule delivery on Oct 5 and will received a call the night before (Oct 4). As of today (Oct 4), I did not received any call. I'll see what happens tomorrow, if I cannot get confirmation on the delivery schedule, I will cancel the order. Their service is abhorrent.

Desired outcome: Inform me of actual delivery times and successfully deliver and install the appliance

Lowe's Building Material/Lumber/Saw

4 October 2021, full disclosure, I routinely purchase various company gift cards from Kroger Grocery when I have a major project that requires products from Lowes, especially when Kroger offers 4 times the purchase price toward fuel points; moreover, I purchased $600 or 2400 fuel points, a reduction in gas (diesel) price of $3.05 by $2.40 a gallon for 35 gallons equal $22.75 versus $106.75.
Today, at 1340 (1:40 p.m.) at Kroger, I called [protected], Lowes, 7920, Hwy. 72 West, Madison, Alabama, Store Manager: Jason Lentz and transferred to Building Materials-Lumber. After too many rings I finally spoke to a representative, did not think I needed his name, as I asked a simple question; was Lowes saw operational? I was going to purchase three sheets of 4'x8' red oak board (Item: 28334/$76.02 with military discount-thank you) and cut for a cabinet project; so why did I call; if it was operational, I would purchase the gift cards and second, for the past several months or at least for me... the saw was always out of order; having a sign on it that the saw was out of order. Therein, I called, was told it was operational, so I purchased $600 in gift cards and proceeded to Lowes to purchase the lumber needed for my project. I arrived, asked the cashiers in the building material area, who did I need to tell to get my wood cut. The cashier told me, get your lumber, let me know and I'll call to have someone meet you at the saw. I gathered my wood, and went toward the saw, met a gentleman named Mike, I assume a building material supervisor, who told me that the saw was inoperable that the electrical cord had been damaged; taken off line, but someone, who probably did not understand OSHA regulation, splice it together, wrapping black electrical tape on it (I saw it), an OSHA violation which could have caused Lowes-Madison to be fined by OSHA. I assume, someone in a management to prevent another attempt at operating the saw in its condition, had the electrical cord severed. I told him I had called less than an hour before arriving at Lowes and told it was operational so I could purchase the cards. As I believed it was operational, I purchased the gift cards, went to Lowes, picked out my lumber to have them cut to my specifications only to be told the saw was out of order. I asked Mike was the manager available and was told he was in a meeting. I was not happy with the message I just received, as had I known the saw was in-operatable, I would have contact Home Depot and if theirs was operational I would purchase from Home Depot. As I was doing precision cabinetry work, I needed "straight" rip-cuts. I told Mike to tell the manager that I was extremely "pissed" because I purchased $600 worth of gift cards based on the message I was given; moreover, I do not believe the message was getting out of the status that people were disseminating bad information. Now, Mike was very professional in his demeanor and tried to sooth my discords. He helped me the best he could. In closing, I purchased the wood I needed, spending more than $700 for various products; as I was in as much forced to since I had the gift cards.
In closing, as this saw has been unavailable for customer use for the past X months for apparently the same reason, I cannot understand why Mr. Lentz has failed to have a certified electrician come in and install a new electrical cord or have the saw replaced. In addition, my wife retired from this Lowes after 20 years, starting in Clarksville Tennessee while I was stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky; therefore, as a retired military and my wife a retired employee of Lowes, I felt/feel I owe allegiances/loyalty to Lowes; nevertheless, Home Depot offers the same military discounts and is closer to me than Lowes; so maybe Home Depot is about to gain my business.

Lowe's Unethical behavior, poor customer service

Culture starts at the top of every organization, including large retail companies like Lowe's Companies, Inc. I need to share my 7-week horror story of simply trying to order slider doors. During the seven weeks Lowes tried to cancel my order and just make me go away. Never have I dealt with a company that tried so hard to make me not want to be a customer, starting with my first experience in the store where your millwork person pretty much told me I should just leave because he was too busy, to now - 7 weeks later where the 30 or so people I've been shuffled through can't even get me a timely estimate. To the ultimate insult - being told I'm forbidden to deal with the store directly and can only deal with someone on your corporate teams who is not helpful and now won't return my call. They even canceled my order without my permission probably so they would not have to deal with me. To date I've spent upwards of 40 hours probably dealing with 30+ Lowe's Companies, Inc. people at various levels and ranks within your organization, who are less and less helpful with every passing day. It's deteriorated from a bad customer service experience to one where it feels like I am actually being targeted simply because I had the audacity to complain. A store manager and executive level person at Lowes are engaging in harassing behavior by blocking my ability to deal with another store person to resolve the problem directly. They are acting in a manner that is discriminating against me personally .

Desired outcome: allow me to order my slider doors without further delay and provide the discount you promised for the 7 week nightmare you've put me through

Lowe's 2 Outside and 2 inside doors. Front and back doors.

We ordered these doors in May. We like our sales person very much. But we are going on the 6th month and I have been paying since we ordered. We were told that it might be 6 to 8 weeks. So we were trying to be patient but it is very frustrating. We moved in the beginning of the year. We have had to replace a lot of things. 6 months is pretty ridiculous. I would think Lowes would stop using this company. They are blaming it on Covid. I would love to see these doors here and installed in the next week. Is that possible?

Lowe's Window Installs

Hi,

I assisted my mother in ordering windows in January 2021. The windows were installed in March. The salesman Korey Holland quoted the windows as shown below:

Below is the estimate for windows at 3253 Hummingbird Dr
RB by Atrium 3201 series, white vinyl
Ultra LowE argon gas, no grids, half screens
13- double hungs 3 fixed units
Total of 16 windows
Wrapping of exterior with aluminum coil white
Caulk and seal around windows
Complete final cleanup and haul away old windows/ debris related to job
$6, 926.77

However, there were 17 windows instead of 16. After contacting the store every since July, Korey has quoted the missed window in the laundry room at 628.00. I feel that this price is ridiculous, especially since the mistake was on the salesman's end. I asked Korey to ask a manager if he could discount the price and store management keeps sending me back to Korey.

I've spoken with customer service which has sent me to installation several times, and then installation sends me back to the store. I would appreciate if this matter can be resolved as soon as possible. Also, there was a tear in one of the screens on a den window (13 double hung).

Lowe's Brand new water heater, does not work!

Purchased a water heater from Lowe's. Put water heater in and 2 days later no hot water, someone came out and checked the water heater and the element is out how is that I only used the heater maybe twice don't understand when you buy something brand new and it is broken why is that, did it come from China, sure not the AMERICAN way very upset now as I sit here having to wait for a plumber to call me back and set up an appointment to come bring new parts to put in the new water heater. Not a happy person!

Lowe's refrigerator non delivery

On 9/8 I purchased and paid via debit, a refrigerator $2600 and was told delivery 9/11. On 9/11 NO show NO Calls NO excuses. They rescheduled without asking me and then repeated this 5 more times. Now they say it was delivered yesterday 9/26. PURE BS nothing delivered! Store personnel up to CEO Ellison don't care and don't reply. Worst experience I have ever had in my 68 years.

Desired outcome: I need my refrigerator and they should pay me for all the meals I had to eat out because of their lies

Lowe's A refrigerator that I haven’t received, this is the 3rd day

A refrigerator that I haven't received, this is the 3rd day. Each delivery was not made to my home with the excuse they could not find me. And the manager at South Lowes store In Clarksville, Tn by the name Of David Hollyman I believe was inexcusable with his attitude toward my friend and myself. He needs to be retrained or he will chase off your customers. Each delivery was not made to my home with the excuse they could not find me.
They said they would deliver tomorrow Sunday 26th of Sept.but they haven't called to set it up as yet. I will cancel the order and buy from another place if they do not keep their promise of delivering.
Another manager by the name of Joe Hunter was a big help and did what he could to be professional with his Job at Lowes.
