This all started in November 2022 when I paid Lowes over $30,000 in a check ( be ware never pay up front ) that is their policy and a bad one for the customer. And we also spent ( upfront Lowes policy) over &6,800 for Sunburst Shutters. The first time that Sunburst tried to install about 2 weeks ago, all the shutters were warped because being stored in a un climate controlled warehouse for months waiting on Lowes and Pella. Sunburst came back today to install again and the shutter didn’t match the order so know Sunburst are making all new shutters to match the purchase order. It will be at least 3 plus weeks. Now back to Lowes and Pella, when the windows finally showed up and installed on [protected], Come to fine out that the 2 bathroom windows were wrong and the slider was also wrong, thanks to Lowes salesman Raymond. Lowes installers showed up in February , didn’t remember the date
at about 8 am and didn’t leave until 10:30 pm, 3 installers showed up Johnny was the only one that spoke some English. Johnny had the other 2 go ahead of home tearing out windows and slider. Johnny didn’t check the windows or slider and when he got to the HOLE where the slider was. He finally noticed that it was the wrong slider, he had to put the wrong one in because I had a big hole where the slider use to be. So Lowes had to order another slider. The second slider and bathroom windows were installed by a different installer on [protected]. Also Pella finally sent new screens because the original ones were defective received the screens on 9-8-2023. Now the front door, Miami-Dade Hurricane front door Jeld-Win about, $14,000, finally the 3rd door was correct. Door#1- installation was terrible, side window blind was not able to be fixed, the peep hole was off center and wrong size door. Door#2- A new installer shows up and looks at the door and says that he would not install the door because it was a 33†and it has to be a 36†door to pass inspection. Door#3- finally a correct door and good insulation on 8-2-2023. Also so blame goes to Raymond Lowes salesman that order the wrong door in the first place. Finally we got or City of Kissimmee Florida inspection and passed on 8-4-2023. So now we can have our shutters installed, First installation was [protected] and the second installation 10-10-2023. I was taking a shower and sprayed off the window and the wiped it off and noticed that I had water between the glass, I then went outside and sprayed off all of the windows and slider, well almost all of the windows have some leaks, even leaking so bad that some of the carpet was wet, the sliding door is worthless, water come out so much that I had to put fans out to dry the carpet. So I reached out to Lowes Corporation Offices Tiffanie Blackburn and I offer to pay for a Independent inspection that Lowes could help choose and the answer was no, they want Pella to come out. Also for you information Pella bought Custom Windows Systems so that they could get into the Hurricane Window Business, the windows are made by Custom Window Systems NOT Pella, Look up Custom Window Systems read about the and RUN .
I will never do business with Lowes again or any one else, like Home Depot that want payment in full.
This is just the high lights, I am a disabled Marine Corps veteran and retired from AT&T after 37 years and have never been treated like this. I feel like I am working full time again doing a lot of Lowes,Pella’s Sunburst, etc jobs.
So my best advice is to run as fast as you can, I would be more then happy to answer anyone’s questions, but Lowes doesn’t want personal information on this site.
Desired outcome: Give me what I have paid for, Pella Windows, not Custom Windows Systems and monies do me
Synchrony Bank Charges
We are being harassed every day by phone, and email and phone messages to state that our account [protected] is overdue. It is not! The payments are not due until around the 7th of each month, and they are paid on the third Wednesday of the month prior to being due. A payment of $150.00 each month has been paid. According to our bank statement they have received a payment on the date I stated earlier and since November 22 they have gotten $1800.00. One payment extra for $100.00 and one for $200.00 plus 10 payments of $150.00. This account is not overdue, and the harassment needs to end now. A complaint has already been made and ignored. I will not make another $150.00 payment until the 3rd Wednesday of October and this payment is more than two weeks early as the others have been.
Desired outcome: Our account be credited for the overdue charges, the phone calls and messages to cease and this not to happen again. All fees be taken off of what is shown as being due, and our account cleared of all erroneous information.
Don't Buy Craftmen Lawnmowers
I purchased a 3000 dollar craftsmen lawnmower. Only put 35 hours of on it and the throttle broke, battery has to be jumped every time used, LOWES Corporate Complaint Desk 810 ! 215 ! 8501-- belt came off twice and two tires have gone flat. I called to return it and Lowes only allows returns for 30 days. Ridiculous! There should be an exception for such an expensive LEMON!

It is very sad that a 100% disabled veteran that has dealt with Lowes for over 40 years goes to buy a new range and was told that I can't get a military discount. What has happened to your service and respect for the military? Also, Lowes used to deliver with major appliances, now they charge for this service. As stated I am disabled and can not pick it up or unload it on my own. You and Lowes need to start respecting military service men and women. I will no longer be dealing with Lowes, will take my business to Home Depot where they honor the military.
Laundry Appliances
I placed my order on September 19th to buy the Laundry appliances and extension warranty:
- Online: my visa was blocked four time by Lowe's system
- Chat order: my visa, AMEX, and MC were respectively blocked by Lowe's despite my calling to Visa, AMEX, and MC. Nothing can be done due to LOWE's IT system
- Next day on Sep 20th, my order could go through with the customer care after they messing up my name causing my worry for my extension warranty. Finally, the delivery date was scheduled to be on Sat Oct 7
- On September 6, I was expecting the delivery on Oct 7 as Lowe's promised but to my surprise after checking online, Lowe's sneakily and quieyly changed the delivery date to Wed Oct 11
- Lowe's created unnecessary stresses and worries without apologising to me, their customer

Home Depot doesn't carry this brand and 2) Tom the sales guy was so helpful. Let me say that this whole process has been a disaster and after 3 months it is still not resolved.
The flooring was ordered & delivered. Lowe's admitted the error and said they would expedite the replacement shipment. The delivery took just as long as the 1st one.
The flooring was installed and is beautiful however the "custom matched" trim ordered by Lowe's was NOT "custom matched" - it is a horrible white color - not anywhere near the same color as the existing natural maple trim. Unfortunately I didn't see the trim until after it was installed. We notified Lowes of the issue immediately (on Sept. 10th) and my husband took another trim sample into the store. He was told that they would have it "custom matched". Today is OCTOBER 15th - we still have the horrible white trim and no date from Lowes as to when the new trim will be delivered and installed. Every time I call I am told that they will call the vendor and that the vendor is very busy. Lowes has not been proactive about anything. I have had to initiate all phone calls asking for an update. On October 3rd I was told by Derek that I would get a phone call on Monday, October 6th with an update. I didn't receive a call so on Tuesday I called and left a voicemail for my contact to call me

Two of the four kitchen appliances that I ordered arrived dented. I returned one, and they made the return and replacement process more difficult than it needed to be. The refrigerator delivery person told me that the refrigerator wouldn't fit under the cabinets and was pushy about demanding a decision whether or not to accept delivery of the refrigerator while I was attempting to reach someone at Lowe's about the problem. The other man with him determined that it would fit after all. But they broke off floor trim and took paint off the walls bringing it in. They scraped paint off my walls onto the ice and water dispenser. They failed to connect the water to it although I had paid for them to do so. I had to pay a contractor to do what they failed to do that I already paid them for as well as touch up where they messed up the baseboards and paint. Lowe's takes less than zero responsibility for the third party delivery company. Once cabinets are installed Lowe's takes three weeks after they get around to measuring ("templating") to install the countertops. An outside company did the template and installation on one day. The kitchen design was done well by an employee who left the company before my cabinets were completed. One cabinet door was a complete color mismatch. The cabinet company sent me a replacement door that was no better. Lowe's employees gave me garbage about "natural variation"; my contractor said that the mismatched doors never should have left the factory. The second replacement cabinet door finally matched the rest of the cabinetry. But the installer didn't feel like coming by to put it on for about a month, even though it took under an hour when he finally felt like showing up. Response to complaints was always unsatisfactory, usually telling me to contact a different person to ignore me and eventually tell me to contact another person to ignore me. I will not use Lowe's for any further major upgrade projects. I've gotten tired of my complaints getting ignored and redirected to be ignored some more for months by Lowe's. I am likely to find someone at the media to tell about the abysmal service I received, and I think that they are more likely to care than Lowe's.

The last 3 years the deals have not been good at all.
Well this day there were 2 or 3 other women looking at the same time as I was.
There were 5 tall racks of flowers and plants at least 1/3 were pretty close to dying.The prices really are not fair,a plant that goes for $7.48 regular is $4.00 and under $2.00 are $1. each so if a plant is $1.48 all you get off is .48.
In the past I bought all my flowers and plants from the clearance section as I'm very handy at bringing them around.
There was a young and in the area and I asked about the prices he told me " those are corporate prices." We are told no one was allowed to change those prices they could be written up . I did reply that I had been in department and seen it happen,the young man said well they could be fired.He did say "I understand mame but, I'm doing what I was told"I said as you should. He said he was told to throw them away before lowering the prices. I feel that's a little extreme.I love flowers and would buy many more if the prices were better.
