LongHorn Steakhouse review: General complaint

I am writing to formally raise serious concerns regarding the conditions I have observed during my visits to Longhorns on Macon Rd. Columbus Ga.
On multiple occasions, I have noticed what appears to be a former employee working in your establishment. This is highly concerning, as it raises questions about your staff management practices and adherence to employment policies.
Additionally, I have repeatedly observed fruit flies in the bar area while dining. This is a serious hygiene issue that directly impacts food safety and customer wellbeing. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to allow such conditions to persist, and it undermines confidence in your establishment.
I urge you to take immediate action to address both the presence of unauthorized personnel and the pest issue. I would appreciate a prompt response detailing the measures being implemented to resolve these matters.
Failure to address these concerns appropriately may leave me with no choice but to escalate this complaint to the relevant local health authorities.
