RO Stopped working a week ago and i have raised a service request. I've received technician contact details but how many times ive called there is no response in whatsapp he's seeing my messages and not ignoring there is no way to contact support its all IVR, This whole Livpure ecosystem looks fradulent they will deliver the waterfilter within a day but any service request gets ignored ultimately people will lose their money.

Recommendation: Do not buy any livpure product if you do you will regret later.
